8-8-25 disgusting food. Terrible rude and unprofessional cook and manager! today at 2:00 p.m. order two grilled cheese sandwiches. Got to my car noticed one of them was completely smashed and the crust was falling off of all of it and the cheese was spread out through the container. Brought them back in then the unprofessional cook copped an attitude about it trying to say that it was the bread's fault because the bread has holes in it. Well if it's the bread's fault then why are you serving it like that? That had nothing to do with the issue of the crust and the cheese and the smashed cheese sandwich. So I went to the manager / assistant manager. The girl with the dark curly hair and the glasses. She said she'd take care of it. Then the cook started talking more crap saying it wasn't his fault that's the way they are. Well I've had those sandwiches many times and they've never looked like that. At that point I was frustrated with the cook and the manager and said I just wanted my money back. In which I did get my money back. Right after I got my money back then the cook started talking crap again. Meanwhile the manager sat there and didn't say a word while that happened. She didn't try to correct him or correct the problem. Then it started getting worse. As I was trying to leave then the cook said I'll see you outside. So basically he threatened me and I looked towards the manager when that happened. And she didn't say a word. I said to her that's very unprofessional for him to threaten me and also treat me like this after messing up my order. She did not respond. Then she responded by saying yeah that's the way we get our bread in and that happens sometimes. Really? How about taking that slice of bread out of the pile and using a good one. Or change your bread vendor. At that point as I was walking out then the manager said to me goodbye and good riddance? Really? That cook and that manager both need to be fired. For the manager to stand by and allow that and then join in on the insults and pointing fingers in other directions. Rather than make it right like any reputable business would do? Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. I go there all the time to eat. And almost every time I go in when those two are there all they do is talk super loud. They are both obnoxious rude and disrespectful to their customers. So I guess I'll go to Sheetz now where they treat you like a human being and if they make a mistake they're going to fix rather than blame you or a piece of bread. Or threaten you. And if so they have real managers that will correct the problem. Rather than drive you away as a customer. I highly recommend people to stay away from this place. It's a joke.

We were having an emergency and one of the cashiers decided to start yelling jokes into my husband's phone disrespectfully while we were having an emergency conversation. You never know what someone is going through and there is a huge difference between trying to be funny and being completely disrespectful. And this young lady crossed that line. Manager will be contacted.

If I could give this speedway a -70 stars a would. The truck air pumps don’t work, 5 different air hoses none working!!! Not a single out of service tag on any hose. Then a working air pump that charges 2 dollars in an area not allowing semi-trucks. Racially stereotypes by the woman working at the service counter. Proceeds to give a customer in front of me change however when I asked her for change she reached in the change jar then told me she doesn’t have anything to provide me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!! As a social customer service worker her work ethic and customer service to people of color is laughable. With her level of incompetence represents the company as a whole. I’ll never come to another Speedway nor will I ever recommend any other truck driver come to a Speedway!!!

The manager put her hands on my husband after she falsely accused him of stealing. He showed her his receipt and she pushed him out the door after verbally abusing him. when I went to follow up on my complaint she began to cuss at me then I asked for the corporate number she called the cops on me. I’ve been going to this store for 4 years and had no problem until she started. She wouldn’t give her name.

They always have a pos terminal issue on their pumps. Ive been here 5 times in a row in a 90 day period and their cardreader on the e85 pumps always has an error. They have to be loosing serious money like that. I was mad enough to drive home empty. My down pmt for an ev is almost where I need it to be!✌?

Truckers beware choose any place to park your truck but here the general manager is rude her store is filthy, there food is horrible, some of the staff have attitudes and like I said the manager of the store which is also the the general manager Jess is rude and nasty she called a tow truck company to tow my truck after it was broke down and getting fixed! Everyone beware beware beware go next door to Sheetz or go to a another speedway this one needs some serious changes made!

I can certainly see why sooooo many people choose Sheetz. This place is Filthy , nasty and the bathroom. Staff don’t wear gloves to prepare food , hairnets no where to be found . Under the front counter is soot and the Fountain machine is just as nasty
Slime balls management from this store offered a fundraiser opportunity for a local fire dept in which they advertised and never followed thru on their end of the deal. Free advertising from a volunteer fire dept and didn’t see a PENNY FROM THEM. Disgraceful. Not to mention dirty, disgusting employees who’d rather sit on their phones and pick their dingleberries in the back than maintain a store.

I’ve been going to Speedway since I moved to Monroeville I’ve went there every 2-3 days, & I recognize the employees so I know they recognize me as well & for some reason the older white women that work during the day are downright rude & nasty for no reason. I’ve never given them a reason so now I just reciprocate the same behavior to them. But honestly I altogether try to avoid coming in during the day because of them. The night crew is amazing, friendly & pleasant I enjoy coming in when they’re working. But it’s a shame that I got to wait until night time just to avoid a miserable employees.

I never write negative reviews so this really made me mad. Walked in after work to grab some food , a Gatorade , some snacks, and a case of beer. The employee (red hair piercings) working the register was talking to a customer or a coworker (I’m not sure ). I put my items up near one of the register lines patiently waiting . Waited about 3-5 mins when another customer walked in, the employee stopped talking walked over to the other register to serve them . I could hear the customers say “he was here first” and heard the employee respond he’s buying beer he can wait, besides you guys are regulars . Didn’t bother me until another employee (possible a manager ) came up to me and asked if I needed help , I said yes I need to check out and she just goes “ well the line is over there” with an extremely bad attitude.. had over 40$ of stuff and visit this gas station maybe 2-3 times a week. I said okay well I’m leaving and walked across the street to Sheetz , way better customer service will never return

The Fuel Ilands are filthy. They kept throwing Down Kitty litter if fuel Spills!!The pump filters Have not Been changed in I don't know how long. They need to get Some one or Somebody that Can Pressure Wash the Islands!!
