The great employees of this Starbucks are AMAZING! Their coffees are consistently perfect…so much better than any of the free standing stores in the area. They are all SO pleasant too! Keep up the good work…you are truly appreciated!

Michele from the giant eagle Starbucks in Monroeville is so awesome!!! She makes my drink so perfectly everytime!! No starbucks in Monroeville understands what I mean when I talk about my drink. And she got it right away!! I come here JUST FOR HER!!! I hope she gets a raise because she's more than fitting for a manager or a higher role. She's very very sweet and caring and shows it's more than just a job for her! And that I appreciate! Couldn't thank her more for my everyday perfectly made drink! Saves me the frustration at other stores! I come twice a day sometimes! Thanks Michele your awesome keep up the GREAT work!! ❤️❤️

Starbucks in Penn Center monroeville could be the worst one I’ve ever been to as far as time to make a drink. It took 15 minutes today for my drinks. The drive thru was empty and no one inside ordering. They still didn’t have them ready. I ordered from my house and drove up and still had to wait 10 minutes. That’s ridiculous. It’s like this allllllllllll the time.
