Michele from the giant eagle Starbucks in Monroeville is so awesome!!! She makes my drink so perfectly everytime!! No starbucks in Monroeville understands what I mean when I talk about my drink. And she got it right away!! I come here JUST FOR HER!!! I hope she gets a raise because she's more than fitting for a manager or a higher role. She's very very sweet and caring and shows it's more than just a job for her! And that I appreciate! Couldn't thank her more...
I really do love Starbucks but this one is pretty much useless. The couple of times I wanted something they either were cleaning the machine (in the middle of the day) or didn't have some simple basic ingredient. It's basically a 8x8' box with very small choices. I don't really see the point in it.
