I love going to location. The staff know exaclty what i want and dont even ask anymore how i would like my hot chocolate. They are great staff there. I enjoy going to either 2 in monroeville which are closer to my home

Hands down best Starbucks (out of the 5 on the same block) - they craft your coffee like its a cocktail. First sip sets the day right! Great for the community with their coffee with a cup too!
Staff is incredibly rude. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to.

The drinks were perfect. My niece loved her matcha drink and I don't even like matcha and I thought it was tasty. My ribbon crunch was great. I didn't feel judged when I said oat milk with whipcrm. Lol!! Parking and the arrows are confusing but that's it. Lol.
