Everyone here is so sweet! Drinks are prepared quickly and efficiently. Also the staff is very fun. The dining area is so comfortable and there's even outdoor seating available. This is definitely the best Starbucks location I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend stopping in to get your coffee or drink fix :) šµāļøš

Flat White was made right, 1/2 espresso ā 1/2 foamy milk.

Parking: This is one of the most congested thru areas in Monroeville. Only park here if you absolutely need to.

I went inside to grab one grande drink, should have stayed in the drive-thru. Couldnāt get service for 10 mins. and my drink took over 20 mins. The drive-thru and mobile orders are all they paid attention toā¦they do not value the walk-ins. Not stopping here again.

Iām just going to leave these pictures right here! Iāve never experienced this at any of the Starbucks in Charlotte. My son had to pull the hair out of his throat and then threw up b/c he was so disgusted. And quite frankly, so was I. I spoke with the manager about a free drink but honestly, this is just not a great resolve.
Every single time I order via mobile appā¦ the order is decades late or just doesnāt show up at all. every single time. Itās to the point where Iām almost going to stop ordering via the app for this location because itās a waste of moneyā¦.

Slowest Starbucks ever. They completely ignore customerās that walk in to order and take care of only the drive thru. They took 35 minutes for 3 drinks as 20 cars went in and out of the drive thru and we were in there with only two cars in the drive thru to begin with. Just close the lobby and do drive thru only. Unbelievable.

Remember when Starbucksā stores would put out a cream pitcher so you could mix your own drip? I guess somebody ruined that. Is that why we canāt have nice things even if we pay for them?
