The staff is so nice and friendly. They greeted everyone and knew most people’s names. The issue I had was none of the power outlets worked and I was going to be there for a few hours between meetings. I tried 8 different plugs and none of them worked.

My friend order a drink with oat milk due to an allergy. she forgot to, to let them know about the allergy they put regular milk in her drink and it ended up with her in the hospital. even the cup they gave her said oat milk on it. there was also no message written on the cup.

I always place a mobile order at the light while I drive into work to do drive thru pick up. This location is always quick and there are never any cars. I forgot to place this morning and had to pull over in the parking lot because it would not load and place it right before driving to the drive thru to say I placed an order. I get to the window and the lady who I think was a manager told me to give them more time when I placed my mobile order and also making a comment how it was just made-I said yes it was. Which ODDLY I was the only one in the line and what’s the difference of ordering it online right then and there before I pull up or saying it to you at the speaker? You still have to make it in the same amount of time? It was just an unnecessary comment because she was annoyed by it. I was nice back but the more I thought about it she was trying to be rude on purpose. I also received my order just as fast. So what was the need for that comment at all? Great fast service but next time just keep the “I don’t want to be at work” comments to gossip with your employees together-not towards the guest.

I love the staff at this Starbucks! They are always so friendly and accommodating. Wait times can sometimes be long but they are efficient and get you through quickly.

This location is/was fine. Good team, friendly. Unfortunately they no longer make their coffee and use a glorified K-cup called Clover. It tastes like weak mud water. I asked the barista if it was going to happen at all locations and she said she didn’t know. Starbucks, don’t you make enough money with out cutting corners? I will just go to Dunkin.

I usually don’t have too many issues here, I order at least once a week sometimes 2-3 from here on my way to work but this is the second time I’ve gotten a coffee that was 2/3 full. I don’t usually drink it until I get to work so I had to call about it. They said they could remake it but it’s an inconvenience to have to go back for a coffee when i could have just been filled up the first time. It’s especially disappointing because these drinks are not cheap.

I was ordering for my SO and could not figure out what I was ordering. The gentleman at the window was so nice in trying to help us figure out what exactly he wanted. Neither one of us is coffee people, so we had no clue what we were doing!
We were very frequent patrons of this place until we could no longer stand it! The drinks here are AWEFUL! They are as weak as water. Most of the time they are room temperature. We spend upwards from $5-$7 per drink and waste it because it is too weak and cool to drink. These employees change like the wind. The need to shut the place down for a MASS TRAINING DAY!

2nd time going to this location and both times were great. Today in drive through my husband ordered wrong thing and when we got to the window he told the employee and she said "no problem" and made the drink that he really wanted. Very pleasant and professional.
