I frequent this location so many times. The service is great and friendly. There are 2 monroeville locations which i frequent so much, they know my order before i finish. They finish my order before i do. I recommend going to either monroeville locations

My husband picked up my order and when I received my drink it was the way it is in the picture. I called the store to let them know, and the person who answered was like “okay…” and asked if I would like them to remake the drink or if I would like a refund. I opted for a refund bc I can’t drive to the store, and was told to call Starbucks. Really annoyed, and this used to be my favorite Starbucks store in the area ?

I paid for extra charge for Venti Crispy creme apple dizzle caramel cup, 1 layer bottom caramel, middle layer caramel top CARAMEL then whip cream on top with dizzile caramel Frappuccino.------No coffee. And all you did gave me a dizzle cup THAT IT?. WOW TERRIBLE TO FOLLOW THE DICRECTION. I TOLD YOU, I WILL PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE! Yet you didn't do it!!! LAZY!!! HAPPEN YESTERDAY AROUND 4:45PM TO 5 PM. IM DEAF CUSTOMERS. YOU WILL SEE ME SHOWING HER PHONE..

This is a newer Starbucks. It's very nice, clean, and spacious. The baristas were super nice and the service was fast.I liked that there was both inside and outside seating at this location.The location is awkward to get into because of it's proximity to the intersection nearby but the gracious parking lot and the well laid out drive through helps.Recommended overall.Dietary restrictions: Customizable menuParking: Lots of spots, free, nearbyWheelchair accessibility: All of the tables were wheelchair accessible. Flat entrance into store.

The entrance is unsafe as other commenters have said, almost got into an accident. Could say that was not the Starbucks’ fault(?). But the customer service/courtesy is lacking. Will use the McMasters location instead when we can.
I have been here 3 times. First time, the person sounded like Siri! She was great! Second time I placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready when I got there but that was fine with me...until I was duly informed to place the order earlier so it would be ready when I arrived. Today was the 3rd time. Mobile order: Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato & a Turkey Bacon, Cheddar, & Egg White Sandwich. There was no caramel drizzle in my drink (what's the point?). I didn't get to the sandwich until I got to work. Turkey Bacon was never even cooked, there was NO cheese, and the egg was ice cold and tasted like it had come out of the freezer before it left the store. Never again.

Went to get Starbucks today, thought I’d go inside since the app wasn’t working when I tried it, and the drive thru line was 8 cars long. When I walked in, no one came to the register to take my order and I waited for about 8 minutes without anyone saying anything to me, I decided to leave and go to a different store.
