I bought 3 hoagies and none of them were were good. I used to love going here, but I don’t know what they changed, but something definitely changed. The girl that waited on me was nice. The store was clean, but the sandwiches did not taste good at all.

Haven't had Subway in years. One day in the mail I got a footlong coupon and figured I'd give it a try. Order the sub, went to pay and was told the coupon was already used? I literally just got it out of the mail 🤣...Not going to cause a scene over two bucks, just won't ever go back.

The server was very aloof. When I asked her a question she seemed bothered. When I said thank you she turned and walked away. She said the new chocolate foot long wasn't available she said she had a chocolate chip instead. I said ok but she didn't start it til all of my order was done I had called ahead for my order but I could have just come in and ordered. I was very disappointed in the service.

Have to be the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen working in a restaurant. They couldn’t figure out how to wrap my sandwiches. Find another Subway.

The crew at this subway is so friendly and accommodating they truly care about you. Sylvia went out of her way to make my toddler happy while I ordered by giving him some cheese and a cookie. Food is always good but sometimes wish portions were a bit bigger for prices. Always use coupons though so it’s definitely worth it. Thanks to the employees who make this location worth going to!!!

Ordered through the app, picked up 2 footlongs. One wasn’t what was ordered and had tomato’s and cucumbers which wasn’t on order, sandwich was chicken teriyaki

We love this Subway for the service and fresh ingredients. We live behind Monroeville Mall and pass 2 other Subways to go to the one on Broadway Blvd at Haymaker Village. It has always been worth it for us to take the time to travel there to get a consistently satisfying final product. Our orders have always been as ordered and ready or made quickly! My husband and I applaud the workers there for being courteous and friendly. A much added plus they accept promo codes on the APP and also coupons. We appreciate them and hope to keep them in business. We leave a tip and say Thank You also. Hope this helps to keep the doors open for us and other grateful customers

Was about to drop 30.00 on 2 subs, when the order taker had hearing problems, while trying to speak with her the other employee was chanting,,go Chinese, which is next door,,so I did. Great people working for you. I manage a full service restaurant,,this is totally unacceptable. Never be back!
