Sat at the order screen in the drive through for 5 minutes, screens black no one even spoke. Went around the building there was a suv at the window just chatting it up with the worker inside. I sat behind him for 10 minutes then decided to back out of the driveway. I won’t be stopping here again. It’s a shame you can just block the drive through and chat with your friend. While paying customers are waiting. What a joke!

Since they moved locations from the miracle Mile over to Duff road the restaurant has been much cleaner and welcoming. The food at this location has been on point and quality has been excellent as well.My orders have been correct every-time I have visited this site. The staff have been very friendly and helpful when it comes to customer service.

I went here to pick up a DoorDash order. Myself and 3 other people were standing in the front and not a single person acknowledged any of us but looked at us several times. It was short staffed with only 4 people working. I waited on my order that was ready for at least 6 minutes before finally someone spoke to me and put stickers on it. I didn’t get a sorry about the wait or even a you’re welcome after I said thank you. Do better.

Simple order. 4 regular soft tacos as they come. 2 additional hard tacos only beef, two more soft tacos only beef. 8 tacos total. They messed up the order, we explained it to them five times and they still didn’t understand. They felt the need to tell us how we said it was confusing, rather than just adding it to the order at the window and apologizing. Order taker was very obviously being treated badly by the manager and the manager was the one that gave us attitude when she couldn’t understand simple clear instructions. Amazing she’s allowed to run the place like that. Average of three stars is shameful for a multibillion dollar chain. Embarrassing.

This is the worst taco bell! The manager has a nasty attitude. The way I heard her speaking to her employees was absolutely horrible. And then because they're arguing, my food gets bumped off the screen, and they had to sit there for twenty minutes.Waiting for nothing. I end up getting a refund instead of reordering.Because I don't wanna order from this establishment. They always have a straight up nasty attitude. Do better.
