Stopped in around 12:45pm for lunch today. Guy working the front desk just wearing a hoodie, no uniform. Wasn't sure if he worked there. He went and got someone else to take us to our table. We were a party of 6. Got to our table. The table directly next to us was full of halfway empty plates, empty glasses, etc. The table remained not bussed during our hour and 30 minute lunch. My wife had to point out to the waitress that our utensils were unclean and had chunks of food on them. Took about 20 minutes to get an order in. Food took about 40 minutes to come out. Restaurant had maybe 6 other tables in it, and around a dozen people working that we could see. A father and son came in and were seated; they ended up leaving 30 minutes later after not even having their drink order taken. When our food finally arrived half of our meals were called. The other half were piping hot. Food was fine overall. Waitress never came out to refill our drinks. About halfway through our meal a woman in a green dress (I'm guessing the GM) came up and gossiped with the staff at the front desk for maybe 15 minutes. Was hoping the GM being there would get people working. This wasn't the case. A waiter came out of the kitchen and started yelling about how it wasn't busy and he wanted to go home. Kind crazy considering their were multiple tables who ordered and hadn't gotten food yet.Finally paid our bill and got out of there. An interesting lunch but it made me understand why our local TGIfridays had closed down years ago.

Overall, I’d give this place 3 stars. I’ve been here roughly 3-4 times in the last year.Mostly every visit is OK. This location isn’t robust as it once was (10 + years ago). The restaurant could use a renovation/updated decor… bad.The restaurant was clearly struggling at dinner time on 5.26 despite being super slow…The server was kind, but one of our meals, sizzling chicken, came without one of the main components (green and red peppers). When asked for and eventually given the side of red peppers 10Minutes later, we asked where the green ones were and was told green peppers don’t come with it (refer to the menu). Then, the server said the manager who was cooking claimed they were out of green peppers. We returned the meal….Also, there was an older man with a long black and grey beard pacing the restaurant repeatedly..throughout the front and back of the house….seeming to have no real goal as to why he was there (assuming he was an off the clock employee bored, visiting)…he was walking around with his gun hanging off his pants. while I think it’s legal to do so in PA in most places, I’m not sure the TGI corporate/ brand would not appreciate knowing someone who possibly works there, out of uniform, was roaming the restaurant in this manner.. Maybe I don’t see people carrying openly enough in general to know if this is 100% ok? Idk. Just feedback from a patron.

Out of all the items on the menu, I like the onion rings the best. It’s my go-to comfort food. The onion rings are always crisp, and they’re made with whole onions. I wish I would’ve taken a few photos of the onion rings before I ate them, but I was just so hungry, and they were so good, and now they’re gone. No doubt I’ll be back within three or four days, and I’ll get another batch and post some photos then.If you're a fan of onion rings, you really should try the onion rings at Friday's.The closest I've come to any other restaurant that tastes the same as Friday thing rings would be Sonic. Sonic onion rings are crisp and they're made from whole onions and they do run a close second to the onion rings at Fridays. For me call me the onion rings and Fridays have a lot more taste, and I like the batter of the onion rings much better than sonic

We had Cody as our server, he was tremendous, food came out hot and quickly. He checked back often to top off our drinks and was very friendly. The food was great though the whisky chicken sandwich is very messy. But thats part of the fun of a saucy sandwich. They changed the potato skins recipe back to what I remember as a kid and they are just as delicious as I remember! Would go back again.
Just ate here with my boyfriend, it wasn't very busy, the service was quick. Our waitress was named Layla and she was very sweet and very attentive. My boyfriend got the double cheeseburger and enjoyed it, I got a few different sides cause I'm picky but they were all good, I love their onion rings, very crispy. I also got the brownie for dessert and it was heaven. ? Overall very good experience and I just loved our waitress's whole look, the tattoos and everything were beautiful and she was so friendly, that's the kinda service I love at restaurants, she's what will make us go back again.

Just ate here with my boyfriend, it wasn't very busy, the service was quick. Our waitress was named Layla and she was very sweet and very attentive.
