Apparently this place is doing so well they just turn away customers when the open sign is on and the door is unlocked at 10:59am. I came in with intentions of ordering, it was 10:59 am and the two workers looked at me and said “we are not open.” Again the open sign was lit and the door was unlocked. According to the website they open at 11:00am. I realize I was one minute early but to turn me away was just rude and poor customer service. I will drive out of my way to find another place to order from.

My 81 year old parents place a pick up order. When my parents stopped to pick it up they said they tried to deliver it. Mom told them it was for pick up. The order was canceled. Later the owner called and told my parents that they were banned from placing orders there. My parents really liked their pizza. Bad bad customer service.

This place is a joke and deserves 0 stars. DO NOT order from this location. The staff is beyond rude and their service sucks. How are you “sold out” of a plain white pizza AND still charge for said pizza and then not even notify the customer. Literally paid for nothing. Hope you enjoyed my money. Place should be shut down.

Ordered a few months ago and was delivered to the wrong house. Paid a tip online and they refused to refund it because “the driver had to agree to the refund” thankfully the family down the street was nice enough to bring us our pizzas and wings. Tonight we ordered bacon “cheddar” rolls and there was no cheese in them what so ever and a small bacon chunk. We also ordered a white pizza which was supposedly sold out and they still charged us for the pizza and never notified us. Horrible business and people working there.

We ordered 2 Strombolis. They were done on the outside. Completely raw on the inside. The pepperoni didn’t even get cooked. Cheese was still on strings. I get that they are very short handed but at some point you quit taking orders if you can’t keep up.

This was by far the WORST pizza and sub we have ever had. In the past, we could always rely on the consistency of Vocelli’s but not now. The order arrived 15 min past estimated delivery time and was cold. The pizza had hardly any pepperoni on it and the Italian hoagie was a soggy mess with tons of mayonnaise that was not even supposed to be added. We will never order from them again! Wish I could give zero stars.
Haven't been to this Vocellis in awhile, but today 9/24/2024 I ordered my usual, a neopolatin with pepperoni and onions. I was suprised how things change. The crust was paper thin and wasnt the crust I used to get. Also the crust was like cardboard. At first I wasn't sure if there was even sauce on the pizza as it was very dry and flavorless, but there was a little on some parts. As far as the toppings I guess the pepperoni was OK, but there was hardly any onion on it, maybe one on two tiny pieces per slice if you looked hard enough, I would say the whole pizza contained enough onions for maybe 3 slices, not 12. Finally as I said this was my normal order and I live 5 minutes from the place, and in the past the pizza would still be hot when I got it home, but somehow even though I was there when they took it out of the oven, it was cold when I got it home. My guess that was because there was not crust or sauce to retain any heat.
Again, haven't been here in awhile and it will be even longer before I try it again

We ordered food through the online system last night and received the confirmation email immediately after placing the order. No status was provided and we didn't hear anything from the store. After an hour we tried calling multiple times and were sent to voicemail each time (there is no voicemail set up). Then we received a text saying it was out for delivery an hour and 15 minutes after placing the order. (We live 8 minutes from the store but didn't have transportation) It took another 30 minutes to receive the food. No explanation was provided on what was going on. Food was correct, but half was cold. Wings were very sad looking. Not sure what was happening last night.

This is after a day where we were out all day at an event and I ordered food for the house because both cars were not at home. And then they couldn't even answer the damn phone. Don't waste your money. Go to rosecliff in monroeville. Its better

A wonderful spot to order great pizza, subs, and wings, they even have an in-house delivery staff that gets the food to you hot and fast, prices aren't bad either.. I strongly recommend if you happen to be in the area and want some good, hot food
