They did not brush butter on top of the pepperoni rolls. They poured A LOT of thick garlic butter wing sauce and shook it like they were wings. It was disgusting it was terrible we didn't eat it. Luckily it was BOGO.

I used to go to one by my house all the time as a kid but it closed. I found out about this one the breadsticks are still good but are a lot smaller but it been over ten years since I've been to a Vocelli Pizza. However they need to be cooked a little long to be more crispy. I will comeback.

I will never order from this Vocelli again. My order was placed on DoorDash and I called the store right away to confirm and make slight adjustments. The lady who I spoke to was very rude. When I received my order it was not as ordered, cold and dry and also had no safety labels. I was told this location “hasn’t had any safety labels in 2 years”. The workers are too “under payed” and overworked enough to get an order right. I will NOT be eating this food. I got my refund right away.

The order(for 2 hoagies) was placed at 6:05. The estimated pick up time was 6:45. Upon arrival, I was told that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Apparently, my order had never been prepared. At 6:58 my Oder was finally being packaged: the excuse from the manager was that they were” over-worked and under paid”; he went on to complain about a catering order that they were preparing and that was also late. I was never offered a discount or even a drink as compensation for the delay. Never again. Please see the photos. The hoagies aren’t even sliced in half and whatever was in the oven before my order is stuck to the bread.

Ok so let me start by saying i used to go to this place alot. Recent 3x have been me trying to give it another chance cause the food is good when done right but last week and 2 days ago i had some terrible food and experience specifically with the late crew..Both times. We had to order around 8:50pm a last week and 9:10pm tuesday night. I ordered my house favorite (basically hawaiin). The worker answered in a low quite voice and barely spoke. I asked if the special is still available and he paused for waayy too long (49 seconds) untill i spoke up again. He sounded more agitated. >>>I ordered it well done with light sauce<<<. He gave me my order and i went down there 5 mins early due to living close by. I walked in and offered to pay for my food a lil early so i can get out of their way so they can go home soon. The worker was clearly aggitated and tired and i felt a little bad so i didnt want to hold them any longer. He gave me my pizza and i left out. THAT PIZZA BARELY HAD ANYTHING ON IT AND WAS PAPER THIN UNDERSIDE and was HEAVILYYYY SAUCED!! And UNDERCOOKED. I only stomached 2 slices before we all agreed to just throw it out. Was a waste of money. What makes it worse. Yesteday morning most of us woke up from food poisoning from it. Yeah im DEFFLY done with this spot. Only reason im not giving it 1 star is because when the good workers are there, the food is really good. But i would highly recommend not risking it especially if its late. Honestly avoid overall

It was all young kids. 3 teenage boys. The young man answering phones was very polite and informative. However, the food wasn’t very good and the cheesy sticks were a huge disappointment. My kids wouldn’t eat them. They kept saying “there’s no cheese in them”. “Where’s the cheese”?

The food here is a hit or miss. I came in and an old, short guy with a hat gave me an attitude when I was telling him my name. I watched him make the pizzas and there's barely any sauce on them. The pizza was very dry. Not enough sauce and cheese. Other times the pizza are a 10/10 and I think it's because of the young guy with glasses.
