Our burgers were wrong. One sandwich had 1 tomato and onion. No lettuce. All the others were missing lettuce tomato and onion. Got home after a 15 minute drive to eat, the burgers were very disappointing

I ordered a meal on the Internet, after half an hour has not arrived, I asked the delivery man is not my order is not good, I learned that my order of potatoes did not, said to give me bacon fries, without my consent to change my meal? I called the store to cancel the order, but the shop assistant sounded very fierce and hung up my phone directly. I made a second call, and the shop assistant still sounded very fierce. I spent nearly ten yuan of platform service fee and delivery fee plus the tip of the delivery clerk. I've never seen such bad service

The lady on drive through is extremely rude, yelled at me out loud. I didn’t even understand the reason why she was screaming! February 2, 11pm. Plus sized women , wears glasses, with pony tail. She threw at me my order. This is not the 1 or 2 time. Like always. She is dangerous to public. And definitely sick. I have no idea what is she putting on my food. Never going back there!!!!

First let me say Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, I used to work at a Wendy’s back in the day and I know how you are supposed to treat customers also I was an assistant manager at Taco Bell. So if you like to deal with attitudes and eye rolls from employees this is the place to go. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make this review bc I hate complaining but I talked to a couple people and they told me it needs to be said.
I went through the drive through the other morning at 11:30AM. Mind you Wendy’s is now open for breakfast at 6:30AM, I had a long morning and was hungry for Wendy’s it was what I was In the mood for, after I placed my order I got to the window and the kid who was at the window was very nice I didn’t catch his name but when I handed him my bill which was $100 bill, he said “I just started and my drawer won’t have 100 in it, but let me see what my manager can do” I said okay and this women short, with glasses came to the window with a freaking SMILE on her face telling me they “just opened the store” so she couldn’t break my $100. Now mind you it’s 11:30AM and you have been opened all morning, how could you not. Not to mention I know managers are able to go into the safe and break change. I managed at Taco Bell and we did that all the time to make sure the customer was satisfied, the reason I highlighted she came to the window and smiled was it felt like she was happy she didn’t have to make my order, now more order had 1 meal and a sandwich + a fry for me and an older gentleman I worked with. I was very very disappointed on how the manager handled this situation, the smiling like she was saying ha ha in her head and practically shoving my money back in my hand. I get told all the time not to go there but it’s the most convenient to my job location. This isn’t the first time I received kinda bad service but this is the first time it came from a manager.

Service was EXTREMELY SLOW 4 orders in front of us took 20 minutes. Size of meat was so small, all I wanted to say was WHERES THE BEEF ? Cleanliness of restaurant and rest room poor.

Recently came to this Wendy's and wanted to add a chocolate frosty to my order at the window cuz I forgot to order it at the speaker and I was told some BS about how they couldn't add a chocolate frosty to my order cuz they had a lot of orders behind them but I used to work for Wendy's and all you have to do is add a chocolate frosty to the order that's already pulled up on the screen and then the order would already refresh itself. THEN I get my order and they forgot my fries and my dipping sauce. Asked for sweet and sour TWICE and they only gave my honey mustard. Then they all act like we are the problem. it's just pure laziness and if you don't want this job then quit and elevate yourself. Tired of half-assed employees taking their self hatred out on customers that are just tryna get they food and move on.

The management seriously needs help if are considering working here seriously…I worked here for Wendys for not even a month and the management how they treated people was terrible
The yelling is out of hand I understand stress but no type of decency or compassion or emotional for anyone tbh the whole place is ran by a related family high suspicion on payroll just a whole bunch of unprofessionalism in this place this is the first place I had to worry about my check and constantly checking my hours and they don’t clean anything I had to clean a lot even while no one else was cleaning which is also the bare minimum and I mean a lot the other managers don’t even really do the bare minimum of there job is one of the easiest jobs yes it is stressful at times but still I don’t understand how some people have the titles that they have it’s a shame and neither is anyone held accountable and everyone doesn’t have respect for anyone definitely appreciate the time there and some people there but just unprofessional the way they care about a timer than customer satisfaction which should be the number one priority at any job and all they keep talking about is time and not talking about how getting smart with customers is wrong and flirting with minors is wrong yelling at co workers in front of guest is wrong cussing out the drive through window is wrong. These people are older and don’t know how to act or manage it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there you still decide to come in everyday find another job if it makes you miserable and also when I was able to bring the issues up all that is important to these people is a time limit in a drive thru and that is mind blowing to me because you can still be respectful and fast and contribute fresh food at a fast time

3 people working in the entire building during peak lunch period. The employees were doing the best they could, but management had clearly sacrificed any semblance of timely customer service for the sake of profit. Took 25 minutes to get a simple order, and there were only 2 people in front of me, so it was not a ton of workload.

The young lady working the drive through 11/9 at noon was rude and seeks racist. Beyond unprofessional , no “can I help you, no thank you. I said thank you and she just looked at me rude and shut the window. Do better
