The wings were inedible. The food was room temperature by the time I ate it, the skin was rubbery, and the chicken was a little undercooked. I couldn’t eat the food
I also had issue with the service; even though I was there before the order was complete and I went up to the counter to ask about the food, they put the food on the shelf and I waited for a while before I asked again and they were hen handed it to me. They were calling out names for everyone else but neglected to do that for mine
Management has not been returning my phone calls. I tried to get in touch with management on multiple days, was told I would get a callback after consulting with the general manager, and have not received any callbacks

Upon entering I was stereotyped, then the food was slightly uncooked and the cook made you wonder about what was in the flour🤌🏾💁🏽 Dudu flour chile… ate them wangs and neva went back…🤣 too many puzzle pieces 🧩

This location provided a very good experience; the food was pleasantly warm, not excessively hot, and prepared upon our arrival. The restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. I continue to be disappointed that raspberry tea is not available at any of the locations I have visited recently. Additionally, it appears there might have been a change regarding the French fries, though my wife and children still find them to be very good. I do wish this location had a table for four instead of two but we squeezed in.

Caveat: Wingstop doesn’t sell whole wings. They sell 1/2 wings. Suggestion: Find a local pub / bar … they usually sell the whole wing (like the whole wings pictured below from Penn Murray bar & grill, or Rosecliff bar & grill.)

Wingstop in Monroeville is honestly one of the best places around. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work there. The managers are always so kind, respectful, and just genuinely good people. You can tell they really care about their customers and their workers. They work hard, and they’re always moving, always busy, but still take the time to treat people right.
As a DoorDasher, I stop in there a lot, and I can always count on them to have the orders ready on time. That makes a huge difference when you're out here working. They’re very understanding, and they never treat you like just another person walking in the door. They greet you, they smile, and they get the job done right.
I’ve also been there as a customer, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The wings are some of the best around, and everything is made with care. The store is clean, and the vibe is always good even late at night. They stay open late, which is great for late workers or anyone just craving good food.
I just really appreciate this place. It’s rare to find people who work this hard and still treat you like you matter. If you're looking for great food and even better service, Wingstop in Monroeville is the place to go. Huge thank you to the managers and staff you all such amazing people!
