Absolutely ridiculous!! First I ordered a 6 chicken wing dinner and a steak ceasar salad. Then after an hour I was informed by the waitress that no more whole chicken wings were available. Remember that order of chicken wings which I'll circle back to. So the waitress advised I can get chicken wing dings, same quantity but to pay $24.95 for 6 wing dings is outrageous. I decided for regular loaded fries. Now it's almost 2 hours for some loaded fries and still a steak Caesar salad. There's absolutely no excuse for it. Then when the food finally is delivered it's in a styrofoam to-go container. Someone somehow still forgot about the salad which when I inquired about the salad issue with the waitress, the salad decision wasn't even confirmed whether it is was going to be made or not. Absolutely unreal! Good thing I was with good friends the band was good. So then after another almost 40 minutes, I see another table get whole wings for a couple who arrived 25 minutes after me and my wife. You couldn't pay me enough to ever in any lifetime come back and actually order any food from this place. Band possibly revisit, but this place for any day for food, haaaaaa... in that owner' dreams. And this was a review was in no means to criticize and place all fault on the waitress, as she later stated this all was not her fault totally, but whoever the cook was and management... Improve or lose more customers smh. 5 stars for only the band that performed.

Xia's is a lovely establishment with a great staff and ownership. Chef Joy and her husband Bo <sp?> are very personable and accommodating. I held the repast for my father's funeral there in January 2024, and they could not have been more kind. The food was great, and the facility was lovely and well-maintained. There was ample parking, and it was all hands on deck when my family arrived to put the finishing touches on set-up. The young servers were very affable. My family and I were quite pleased overall. We hope to use Xia's again for a more cheerful reason.I do have minor criticisms, such as the inconsistent hours, the lack of knowledge among some staff members regarding catering specifics, and the difficulty contacting anyone to discuss them. That said, the team made every effort to overcome those shortcomings. I'm confident that once they grow a bit more and secure more staff, all will work out swimmingly.For the record, I HIGHLY recommend the baked macaroni and cheese. It received rave reviews from nearly all of my guests!Thanks for everything, Team Xia's!

The food was great, but the service is terrible. What a disappointment. My cousi. Also had them cater her baby shower, only ordering mac n cheese. Not only were they extremely late, bringing the food but it was not fully cooked and had to be returned for a refund. Terrible customer service.

I was so excited to support this business when I found out it was black owned. Such a disappointment. Paid $35.00 for lamb chops. I’ve literally never seen lamb chops this small in my life. I would never take advantage of a customer who is supporting my business like this. Never will I order from this place again ????. I don’t have anything to say in regards to the service because I ordered the food to go. Yes, that’s a regular size fork.

Visited Xia’s on 11/24/2023 for the first time and must say I was delighted! So delighted I originally ordered carry-out and returned an hour later for drinks. There happen to be a Peabody Reunion in one of the banquet rooms and we ran into old neighborhood family! I was impressed with the kind, professional and wonderful service we received.. ❤️ Continued blessings to this restaurant!Parking: Open parking available - all was great!
Isn't worth the money. And I'll add on since you replied. We did figure out the food issue when it came to all the food but we were still missing a side of Mac and Cheese. Your staff stated that it may have been double portioned when in fact all of the mac and cheese were the same amount. We weren't informed of the substitute of dinner rolls even though in ordering we were informed of the sprouts being out. The food itself was the issue. For best of lesser words it's not true soul food. Again... isn't worth the money. When it comes to ordering after hours, that was pure confusion due to the website stating dinner hours are from 4pm-8pm it did state we could only order for Tuesday not for Sunday leading us to call ahead to assure we could order not knowing it was after hours.

Awesome atmosphere great foodwe were here in town for Tattoos booze and tacos tattoo convention in May 2023 and returning for Boos and Toos Tattoo Convention, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and welcoming definitely recommend!!!!definitely recommended the spinach dip!!!!!

Went here on a Thursday night, which was also karaoke night. Overall, the wait staff was kind, and although they were short staffed, they were on top of our orders. If you're into late 90s/early 2000s music, this is the place to jam out.At first we ordered 20 wings and the wait time was about ~45mins. Unfortunately, after eating the food (wings), everyone in my party had food poisoning.I would only go here for a good time but would not repeat it for a place to eat.
