Great little spot to stop at. Seafood is locally sourced. Food was okay, hot pepper balls were very good, Maryland crab soup was okay, but not great, pierogis were not sautéed until crisp, so they were mushy, but the flavor was on point, nachos were okay, had a white cheese sauce in place of salsa.

The BBQ is inconsistent. We have had good meals there, but our last visit was terrible. The ribs are overly dry, pulled pork super dry and very small portion. The steak used to be awesome but it was swimming in the juice of the sides which made it unappealing. The last thing is the cornbread is from Sam's Club and they are charging $3 per piece. Really disappointed. 2 stars because the hot pepper cheese balls are great.
We arrived and waited to be seated as the sign says. We stood there for a few minutes, no one came to serve us. Then suddenly a waitress from the bar behind us asked us if we are dining in. We chose to sit indoor, and we had three people. Out of 5-6 empty tables, she asked us to sit in the corner that can only fit 2 people, and she asked us to pull another chair to sit 3 of us there. We refused and sat on a bigger table. We sat there and waited for 15 minutes, no one came to greet us or asked us for drinks. When she finally came to ask us for drinks (same lady), she asked us to order without giving us a menu. We had to wait for another 10-15 mins for the drinks to arrive….. then waited for another hour for the food to arrive.Food is ok. I ordered half portion of the ribs, and the portion was big, but the meat was so dry. My kids ordered quesadillas and cheese pizza, and it was not worth the wait.We love to support local business, but we will never come back here again.Side note: the couple who sat behind us couldn’t stand the wait and left.

Had the smoked pulled pork with beans and potato salad. Pork had good flavor but was dry. Potato salad was very good. Beans were good. Waitress was nice. Parts of the service were slow caused by backup of bartender and cook. Onion Rings were good and ordered as an appetizer but had to ask for them and didn't come out until after meals were brought out. One in our party waited a long time to get a Quesadilla...most everyone was almost finished with their meals before she got it. We would go back and try them again.

Absolutely some of the best food we have had in PA. Will be returning here when we get back up this way. Had the daily special Brisket Burrito with a side of fries covered in the best gravy I've ever had we also got philly cheese steak which was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and get the fries with gravy, thank me later.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, only $6
