Just went here at 2:15 and the doors were locked says they open until 5:00 š¤·āāļø
The doors are locked yet I place a mobile order for walk-in. Now I have to wait in the drive-thru with 9 cars and I need to get to a meeting. In the future please turn off the walk-in feature then I will choose another Dunkin. I asked for a manager so I could talk to them for a few minutes and no manager was to be found.

Man behind the register was on his phone and eating. He then proceeded to make my drink with no gloves.

give you EXPIRED coffee and tea. worst Dunkin I ever have been to , I never go here anymore because they are always super rude and the staff on the weekends is so irresponsible. I went this morning for a refresher and within a minute of pulling off turned around because my drink nearly made me throw up. I pull back into the drive thru line for them to tell me they gave me expired tea , and laughed in my face about it. I told them I will be reporting this and they said āyou can tryā with a laugh again. You guys should not be in business you can get somebody seriously sick giving them expired COFFEE and TEA! on the phone with corporate as we speak.

I ordered a frozen coffee and they clearly didnāt make it the correct way. I watched them prepare it and they didnāt us the ice machine/frozen coffee machine to do it.
Absolutely awful.

I was just there and they did not give me my change. I tried to call and the phone number is not on service! I paid $10.25 for a $4.23 large iced mocha coffee and they did not give me my change!
Nice Dunkin' off of 309, people are friendly & on top of things. Friendly to me and mine every time we go there.

Went to grab coffee and food at 5:00pm. Store said it was open, when i walked up in the pouring rain they literally LOCKED the door in my faceā¦.in theā¦pouringā¦rainā¦at 5:00pmā¦. I walked in the rain when the store said open. So be aware, this store closes at the most unexpected times.

Bagel sandwiches are criminal
The coffee was cold and the Indian guy working on Sunday at 3:30pm Is very ignorant, and that could be exactly why nobody was in line, They treat Americans ignorant after I got a cold coffee. He said he would not make another one so whoever is the manager in charge of this place you better train your employees better or your business is gonna go down in dumps.
The bathroom is always out of oder, and the bathroom is dirty.
Stopped by Dunkinā this afternoon. Iāve neglected them and felt bad. I got a Cappuccino and 5 donut holes (less guilt). I was pleasantly surprised with the Cappuccino. It was good without being high octane. Just right. Their prices are decent too. With so many choices of coffee shops I strayed away from plain old Dunkin. The newer shops are usually higher priced too. The inside of Dunkin is reminiscent of 70-80s style decor and itās a nice place to be. There are computer tables and WiFi is a available. They offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Come back and sit a spell.

This was a five-star review.
Service was very slow. Order came out wildly incorrect and prepared poorly.
Also the bagel, which I did not order my sandwich on was to stale to even eat. Gave it to my dog.
