With all the negative comments this place needs to be shut down! I will see to it that corporate does something about this place I arrived at 4:50 I am a truck driver I parked on side waiting for it to open when it open the lady refused to open the lobby even though they clearly open at 5! I called and asked for a manager she said one wasn’t available and she wasn’t going to open the door I informed her I drive trucks she still refused to do her job and properly open the store 3 other customers drove off as well because hoe rude she was to me

The cheese wasn’t melted on any of the 3 sandwiches we ordered. The snackin bacon was cold, and I ordered a large hot coffee with coconut, caramel swirl and just cream. The taste was so off it tasted like it had raspberries in it. This is a drink I order every single day. No idea what was cross mixed in there but it was terrible.

I was standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes before I got service. One gentleman literally was standing there the whole time not doing a thing.
This was my first time at this location this morning. The person working the drive through was extremely rude and rushing me. I had to ask multiple times for him to give me a second to order. He continued to be extremely rude then took a long time to give me my food after I asked him not to rush me. I will not be returning to this dunking for further reference.

THE WORST. Always give the wrong order and act like they don’t understand then give you an attitude. I asked for a signature latte which means you pay extra for the whip cream and drizzle and they didn’t put any on. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Ordered AT THE DRIVE THRU a medium iced CARAMEL coffee with two creams and got a coffee with only cream :) I love wasting $4 on coffee I’ll just pour down the drain!
Update: tried getting a caramel swirl coffee again and this time they forgot the caramel AND the cream! ?
