Keep driving past this one! My entire order was wrong. They close the drive thru window basically on your hand. Wonât come back to the window when I tried to get their attention to fix it. Everything was gross.

This used to be a Dunkin I would often stop by for my coffee order. Drinks are usually made to my liking which is not the issue. Going through drive thru for the past two times I was met with rude customer service with the person taking the order being verbally harsh although I have not gotten thru to my order fully yet in asking about what size drink I wanted where I just left the line as she seem to be shouting into the speaker and dismissive.

My oh my goodness! No English speaking employee. No communication. Ordered a golden hour refresher, and they had no clue what it was after trying to educate them as to the sign and the information online, I told them to change to ice tea and lemonade and got just a lemonade!! They told me I shouldâve called ahead of time to order or used my phone next time. Try the one up the road.

I ordered my food got everything except my avocado toast. I told the people and explained it. But instead of saying sorry the lady who took my order decided to go around the corner and talked to the other employees about me and making fun of me. I donât think that is very appropriate in the work place nor respectful.
Bro, you would not believe what ima boutta say. This place does not even know what cold foam or whip cream is so donât even bother getting it. It comes out as suds from you know what . Everything you get here you can make it at home trust. The workers donât even listen you can say lemme get a Sabrina shaken espresso and they say you wanna âhot cold brewâ? (Not lying I swear). There sandwichesâŠ. The probability of your sandwich being rolled on before getting it is high. Also if you ask for whole milk best believe that coffee is straight milk onlyâŠ

With all the negative comments this place needs to be shut down! I will see to it that corporate does something about this place I arrived at 4:50 I am a truck driver I parked on side waiting for it to open when it open the lady refused to open the lobby even though they clearly open at 5! I called and asked for a manager she said one wasnât available and she wasnât going to open the door I informed her I drive trucks she still refused to do her job and properly open the store 3 other customers drove off as well because hoe rude she was to me
