This was my first time at this location this morning. The person working the drive through was extremely rude and rushing me. I had to ask multiple times for him to give me a second to order. He continued to be extremely rude then took a long time to give me my food after I asked him not to rush me. I will not be returning to this dunking for further reference.

THE WORST. Always give the wrong order and act like they don’t understand then give you an attitude. I asked for a signature latte which means you pay extra for the whip cream and drizzle and they didn’t put any on. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Went to Dunkin to pick up my walk-in coffee. When I got in Dunkin, it wasn't there. The manager said that he had just given it out at drive-thru. I said "How can you give it out when it was supposed to be a walk-in pickup?" He kept insisting and arguing with me that I already picked it up at drive-thru, when it was clearly there mistake and he would not give me my drink. After a while, he talked to his other employees and they figured out that they gave it to the wrong person eventually. Terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars but I have to give it 1 star.

Ordered hash browns to go while working on the 26th and didn’t have time to check my order which shouldn’t matter since it was just hash browns well to my surprise when I took a bite of my hash brown they were all frozen or cold as if they were never cooked which is disappointing because I was hungry and used my reward points on the order which I assume I will not get back

Kinda tucked away from the road. Not easy to see from the road. Lots of traffic in the area, so it can be difficult in and out. Otherwise it's a good Dunkin.

For Friday it was very clean and quiet. Barely any foot traffic coming in. Drive-thru was busy though. They were a little busy and didn't see the second part of my order but they got it to me pretty fast and even brought it over to my table where I was sitting.
