Noisy. Busy, but not slammed (it’s 12:30 Tues) but no food yet. Been waiting too long. Kudos to the server who did tell me the kitchen was backed up but this is too long for eggs Benedict. Table to chair height is not comfortable…chair is too low? Table is too high? Food will be at my armpits.
But…
An employee just gave me a$20 gift card bc I’m still waiting for my food. So, at least it’ll be free if I ever get it

All of the wait staff are friendly. Recently we’ve had Shaniya and Iris. And they both have remembered what we like. We had a short conversation with the Assistant Manager Becky to explain my seating needs due to my disability. She was very understanding and supportive.
This restaurant could definitely use more wait staff, and someone to be at the “host”. To seat clients, and to check them out, if they prefer to do it that way, not by phone.
Even in slow times staff, and clientele, can get confused as to who is doing what in the front of the restaurant. Did someone just walk in? Which group of people came in first? Are they wanting to pay, or do they want to be seated? I know there are slow times, when a “host” doesn’t feel proactive, but I’m certain there are small projects that could be given to them.
As always the food was very good. I tried the turkey sausage today for the first time, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again.
My husband enjoys your Traditional breakfast. Only complaint is that there has been a small bit of cheese mixed into his scrambled eggs. And he doesn’t like cheese. When pointed out to management, Becky, she handled the situation swiftly.
I also enjoyed the ricotta pancakes. Tried to get away with only having one of them, but couldn’t. I had to order a second one!
Overall it’s always been a pleasant. Experience when dining here.

For reliable, delicious, and high-quality food, First Watch never disappoints. It’s a great spot for catching up with friends, enjoying a meal with family, or dining solo. The atmosphere is pleasant—not too loud—and the service is excellent. I can’t wait to come back!

The food was fine, but we were surprised to be charged for takeout containers at 50 cents each — something the waitress never mentioned. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. What's next, a fee for napkins? Charging customers for basic packaging feels unnecessary and leaves a bad impression.

After ordering and one person getting their breakfast , we were told they were out of eggs. Apparently, they knew they were out and failed to inform customers. So the other person sat there with no food while I ate. We did receive at $20 gift card but it soured our first time experience. Additionally, the english muffin, sausage and pancake was too dry. Management dd compensate entire meal. More than likely will not be returning.

I went here for breakfast and ordered the Farm Fresh Bowl. It contained eggs and potatoes with a little cheese about 4 mushrooms, onions that were not cut they were thrown in there with the onion stems, a couple sprigs of spinach, one zucchini slice and barley any red peppers. They charged me $3.99 for a cup of coffee. Very disappointing.

Collin our waiter was really fun and personable, food was top tier and made a great way to kick off our roadtrip. Try the millionaire potato’s, you won’t be sorry.
