This was not an enjoyable experience for me unfortunately. I was there with my friends on a Tuesday night at 8:10 and they were already closed. However there website said it closed at 8:30 I was in such a good mood ready to get me some yummy Starbucks but no. The workers gave me nasty looks and stared me up and down. I am very upset and I will never come here again. FIX YOUR WEBSITE….

Very nice and cozy place. I received my order fast, even if it was a little busy there. Plus I love that they have a library here. You can grab a book to read. I really love it!? Books and coffee…perfection!☕️?

Unfortunately, this is my second Starbucks review of the day. After waiting 25+ minutes at one location, I decided to try going to a new location five minutes down the road thinking something will change. no surprise, nothing changed at all and I have still been waiting at the new choice of location for 15+ minutes again. I cannot imagine it being this hard to take an order and make a drink. People will be waiting at the drive-through window for 5+ minutes just to receive one drink, this place puts way too much ice in the drinks, even when asking for light ice it is honestly a disgrace, and I don’t even know what to consider this place at this point. If you’re looking to get anything from food, to special drinks, please take your business elsewhere, unless you want to be the most unhappy human being ever. I mean no disrespect (I do mean all the disrespect possible) when I say that you should not bring your business here. Beyond pitiful.

a super chaotic Starbucks. it seems like there are 20 people running around behind the counter every time in there. However! my coffee has been on point everytime. the place is clean too. my food is usually just thrown together with little care. I'm surprised they stack my sandwich at all if I order one. I'm there for the coffee anyway. Starbucks food isn't worth it but if I'm starving and to lazy I'll get it and regret it every time

I was stuck for longer than anticipated at a business meeting nearby and left absolutely famished. I saw this Starbucks on my drive home and decided to stop in.I went with a skim, dry cappuccino with stevia and extra foam and a spinach feta wrap. Everything was perfect. I loved that the staff was cool and friendly, there was minimal wait and my coffee was made exactly to my irritating specifications, haha. The wrap was also hot and tasty. Gotta love a Starbucks that does everything right. Five stars. Wish they were all this good!

food is good but went today specifically for buy one get one free Fall drinks, and i said at the order screen i was getting the BOGO pumpkin spice latte and at the window was handed one drink and i said oh i did the BOGO! and she said “sorry it’s too late for that you didn’t show me ur app” ….i didn’t know i had to show my app , and then kindly said i could show her right away and she declined. disappointed because i specifically went today for the BOGO sale and was denied

Surface sanitizing wipes were being used to wipe the heat frother/steamer after each use. I commented and was told that it was "safe" and that it is how the staff was trained to make beverages. The container CLEARLY says "SANITIZING NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES.

Friendly and efficient staff! Patient with my toddler when he asks to be brought into the store to say hi and when he wants to order!2.5 yr old loves Peter rabbit pouches, roasted pepper egg bites, and of course, cake pops on occasion.Dog loves treats & pawppucinos.Would prefer more healthy options for everyone especially kids - with 0 or low sugar!! Sugar content of most items including all pastries is way too high. Cake pops should be 1/3 if current size (I have to give him a bite and hide the rest- creates tantrums, so I generally don't buy at all anymore. Need healthier options, Starbucks.How about misc fruit, protein, veggie snack packs? Plant protein bites? Spinach, blueberry, yogurt " veggie and fruit fraps"?

I spent about 8:50$ on a drink just for them to fill it up with ice when I asked for light ice . I scooped out more than almost 2 cups of ice and my 8:50$ drink is still watered down . I expect my moneys worth why are you cheating us out when we already spend so much money here ?
