This drive-thru is a disaster. Twice, they forgot the nuggets in my Biggie Bag combo. Unacceptable. Hoping breakfast would save them, I tried it. Big mistake. My wife’s English muffin was stale as a cracker, my sandwich was cheeseless, and the cold-brew? It tasted like bitter ginseng root extract. Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment. Do better, Wendy's. Do better.

This Wendy’s is top tier compared to other Wendy’s! Drive through is efficient and quick. Also my fries and chicken sandwich were piping hot and crispy. This is what all Wendy’s should be like!!!!! Give these guys a raise!

Stood in line. My time to order came and the clerk walked away. Okay, she's busy. I'll wash my hands and come back. Did that and stood there being ignored for another 3 minutes before I left. Worst customer service I've ever received at a Wendy's.
I travel miles out of my way to come to this Wendy's. The ones closer to my home have rude employees, and the food is always OLD and gross. I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. I realize fast food jobs are not glamorous but I'd like to thank this man for being so good at his job and being so nice. Everyone who works in fast food could learn a thing or two from this man. This Wendy's is great!
