i ordered a pizza and a chicken pizzoli and two soda the soda was very flat and we were told that everyone is buying them so no refund or exchange on these flat soda. Jaiminbhai was very rude and told us no refund or exchange so our experience here was very bad and probably will not be back to this location. The pizza tasted horrible and had barley any sauce on it. i expected a $17 pizza to be way better than that. I’m a shamed of this place

I’ve always had great interactions with Marcos. I like to think I’m a pizza connoisseur lol and Marcos is in my top two. Years ago a place called Capri was pretty amazing. Unsure what happened to them. But hell yeah Marcos is good.!!

My experience was not very good. I placed my order and was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour later still didn't get my order so I called. While on the phone the young lady I was talking to asked the manager lady what was up with my order since it had already been 67 minutes. The manager stated she completely forgot and told the young woman to tell me that it's on it's way. Then told her to lie again and say that traffic is really busy and it would be out soon. Then when asked how long it would be was told they haven't yet made my order and it would be another 30-45 minutes before my order was done. Then gave me an attitude cause I was upset that I would have to wait that much longer. For an order I was told originally would be 30 minutes.. So in total weight ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for a 30 minute order..
Marco’s saved the day for our Warrior Run Soccer Team the other day. There was a failure with another pizza place on delivering the team pizza after a soccer game late at night. There was 5 mins left for the boys to play and I called Marco’s and they fulfilled our order to serve 40 people in 25 mins. They offered us to even come to the restaurant. So the bus loaded up all the kids and went straight to Marco’s. They had a nice dry (because it was raining) place to eat their delicious pizza.
They also made the boys cinnamon squares out of kindness.
Such a nice bunch of people working there. The boys had a good night and you took the stress right off my shoulders. Thank you so much.
We definitely will be ordering here the next time we are in town.
