Very poor service, made food incorrectly and repeatedly denied the error. Refused to give money back on order that was incorrectly made, which accounted to about 25 dollars. Will NEVER get food from this establishment again. Have never received such poor service in my entire life.

Food was burnt. It was a ridiculous level of “self service”….you order food at the counter, get your own plates, napkins, and even drinks and then clean up your own stuff and put it in a container for the kitchen staff. Rude staff and extremely rude note in the bathroom saying the check it after everyone and will embarrass you if it’s left dirty. Will never got here again. And no changing table in the bathroom for my baby.

Place is a joke. No service, food was burnt, and pizza crust tasted like a cleaning agent. They ask for tips when you have to do everything yourself, order, get your drinks, clean up your own table. Pizza guy is wearing cleaning gloves, touching everything from the cash register to the pizza without changing them. Ketchup packets on tables are a nice touch too instead of just providing a ketchup bottle. The workers weren't even busy and just ignored me when I went up to the counter. People seem rude and food wasn't worth it at all. Won't be back.

Just ordered a large OIP Stromboli and it is AMAZING! Generous portion, comes with a lot of sauce and is cooked perfectly! Mmmm so good!

Horrible. Ordered dinner for the whole family, got home and every sub roll was hard and inedible. Tasted days old and couldn't even take a bite of the subs. Called to let them know and she offered to remake them with the same hard very unfresh rolls. No thanks, will never eat there again.
