We saw them prepare the food and they were not wearing gloves and were playing with their hair. We also waited at the counter for many minutes while the employees played on their phones with ear buds in.

Bright, clean, friendly staff and quality food who could ask for anything more! I had the Riss's Regular and it was loaded with fresh meat. One of the best subs or hoagies (depending where you're from) I've had. Great little spot I will definitely come back to when I'm back in the area!

Ordered from here for the first time last evening, September 10, 2023. We got 3 large subs, one each of Italian, steak and ham cosmo. Oh my goodness, our subs were so delicious! The buns were fresh and the subs were full, not skimpy. My son-in-law picked up the order so I can’t comment on atmosphere, but the phone service and pick up exchange was excellent. I will definitely go back for more!
