Placed an order at 10pm in the Wendy's app. Get to Wendy's to pick up my order after paying in the app. Manager comes to window and says they decided to close early tonight. I asked how do I get my money back then? She informed us that we would have to access help through the Wendy's app. Which we tried and got a recording that it is after regular hours and to call back. Why would they accept orders on app if they closed 2.5 hours early. This is bad business.

Online orders are sadly always messed up, always. Something's either wrong, missing, or both.
After the remodel, it's not as comfortable as it used to be. The atmosphere seems like it was designed to not be comfortable, but if patreons do eat there, they just hose it off at the end of the day. So we always get our orders to go, but always have to check and go back and have it fixed.
Order lady was grumpy but my breakfast barito was bigger than I expected and very good.

my brother was having a tough day so we came into get him his favorite sandwich. we stood there for at least 5 minutes and we were ignored while employees stood in a circle and talked. one girl even stood up at the register on her phone, but still wouldn’t take the order. just awesome customer service! we literally left and we’re going to the muncy location now. always gotten better service and food there anyways

Couldn’t tell you if the food is good as they “close at 12:30am” but have never answered for my order past 12. As well as at 12:10am they have their lights all off. Terrible service. If anyone knows the corporate or a way to contact a store manager it would be greatly appreciated to know. Id say thank you but how can you thank someone who refuses to serve?
This place has been redone and you walk in and it's STILL disgustingly dirty and sticky. Can't find a clean table in the place, the floor is a mess. Thinking maybe the service could be a saving grace, I was wrong, it's just as bad. The people working have an attitude when you ask for something THEY forgot. The food has tanked in taste as well. Would give this location negative stars if I could.

At 9 am when we went threw drive threw we had to give our order 2 times to the girl and was given our drink at the window that it's leaked then had to wait for our food for a bit not good service
