I don't know what the new management means, but the bread used to be ALOT better!!! Soft enough but just right. The last time I ate there the bread was like bricks. I took it back in and the other lady was wonderful and had been making fresh bread. I waited and she was wonderful and made a new sub for me. Bread was better but still not as good as it used to be. I don't know if they changed something but it was definitely OVERBAKED the first time. Go back to the old recipe please!

One of our regular lunch spots. The staff is friendly, funny and extremely well mannered. The food is always fresh and delicious, with an extra side of humor. It’s been said, it’s a favorite spot of the fastest man in Montrose.

Never can get our online orders correct. Always specifically add a note for allergy’s and it’s never seen as i always end up picking out what im allergic too. Ive called enough time's, nothing has changed.

we did a pick up order first my American club had tomato and onion which I didn't want second lacked everything else bacon just crumble bits second lettuce was brown just not worth the money anymore can get better from a store

Don't waste your money here. I used the 3 for $17.99 deal with Turkey subs. I could barely identify what kind of sandwich I was eating per the lack of turkey. Buy a sub at Price Chopper or the market across the street. Both are great.

Would not recommend working for Subway/Pump n Pantry in any form. I used to be the shift leader at Subway, but on Tuesday I was given results from my “evaluation” and told how awful of an employee I am. I wad also told how I am so rude to not only my coworkers but also customers, and of multiple customer complaints about me (which I was never informed of). I was also blamed for other people not doing their jobs, and I was told that i make everyone else do everything, which is the exact opposite of what was really happening! Finally, I was informed that I “seclude myself from everyone but Elizabeth” I was told that none of my coworkers like me.None of this was communicated to me even once prior to this evaluation, nor was I given a copy of said evaluation…….I was told that due to the manager hiring far too many employees, I would be moved to part time and demoted from the shift leader. The next day the previous schedule (that started that same day) was taken down and reposted and where I had full time hours they were taken away and I was given a total of 5 hours for the entire week. Elizabeth was also told that “we know you are shy but you need to engage with other people other than Brynn”. Eli has adiagnosed social anxiety disorder and in no job are you required to be best friends with your coworkers. She communicated what needs to be communicated with others appropriately, and it is not managements business who she is friends with.In all this company is overall awful and I would not recommend a single person work here. It has gone down hill drastically in the last year or so, and it is sad that what was once a fun place to work has turned into questionable occurrences (like an office that frequently reeks of pot) and poor business practices by some!

Went today to grab a sandwich and while cutting it in half the employee cut his finger and acted like I didn't notice! I asked him if he cut himself and he said not bad but his glove was full of blood! He was going to wrap up that sandwich and give it to me with blood on it!! Major no no! Shame on you subway and the protocols for employees to know it's a major health issue!

Service was definitely slower then I’d expect considering it was lunch time. However they did have a “we are hiring” sign on the front door.Food was decent for subway. Didn’t get lettuce either time I’ve been because both times it’s been brown. Who eats brown lettuce?

I eat here almost daily their hrs clearly say 8pm so y when i get there at 7:45 their door is locked an the girls just sit there staring at you giving you dirty looks smh if you close at 8 then close at 8 not 7:30/ 7:45 smh
