We were looking for a quick and conveniently located restaurant. This was near our hotel and within walking distance. After being made to wait by the hostess for over 10 min and there was no one else waiting. She made us feel like we were an inconvience. We were seated and there were many empty tables and we were not sure why we had to wait. Ashlyn our waitress was so nice and answered all our questions, she was great. We had never eaten at a Bob Evans and found it to be home cooked style food, nothing really special. It was well cooked and presented well. The price for our meal was fair. Upon check-out we got to see our favorite unfriendly hostess again. Rang us up with nothing spoken, she did not even look at us. The quote on the wall says, "Treat strangers like friends and friends are family." When we left we were not feeling like friends or family. We will not visit this Bob Evans again Ashlyn keep up the good service. Manager, get a new hostess.

The food was standard breakfast food, but really good! Our server on the other hand was giving attitude when she was attentive, however it took forever before she came over. She acted like we were the problem for needing any service. I believe her name was Jordan. Otherwise the restaurant was nice and clean and everyone else was great!

On a cloudy Sunday morning, I visited this establishment with the intention of drinking the gravy and wearing the biscuits as hats throughout the week. Since I only got 3 biscuits though, I only would have enough hats for monday tuesday and friday. I ordered the double breakfast tacos, which were so delicious that I did jumping jacks while I ate them but was asked to stop when I fell backwards into a table and spilled some of my taco on the table. The table was clean, that's probably why they were upset with me. Speaking of tables, my table was very clean as well, but the cleaning product they used made it so sticky that the first layer of my elbow skin ripped off when I lifted my arm and I now look like I received a 2nd degree burn. That is okay though! As I was pouring my leftover gravy into a plastic bag, they offered me a box, suggesting excellent customer service. The bathroom walls do not taste like gravy though, don't try them. My good friend also had a minor allergic reaction to the black pepper he was drinking with a straw. All in all, wonderful restaurant that I would recommend.

The air conditioning broke that day but that didn't stop the staff from going above and beyond. Our server was exceptional and made sure that we didn't leave without a to-go cup for our beverages since it was so hot outside. It was ridiculously hot inside and you would never know it from the staff because they didn't let it affect them at all. They were wonderful
