Food was not good or what I ordered no chicken on the chicken quesadilla. When I spoke to the lady, she said there was nothing she could do. Very sad to see the quality of the food and the Customer Service lacking here used to be a great place.

A warm and inviting spot serving classic American comfort food with a homestyle touch. Guests love the hearty portions, friendly staff,

The bourbon smash had too much orange juice and tasted more like a watered down bourbon sour. The waitress was nice enough. We did wait a few minutes before seeing her or any employee because she was delivering room service. The mushroom swiss burger was a preformed patty and served with swiss and mushrooms as advertised. No sauce with the mushrooms, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, no mustard, no tomato so the burger was rather dry as delivered. The slaw was okay. The fries were fresh and nicely done which is the only reason for 3 stars. My wife and I really enjoyed the fries. She ordered a BLTTA which had smoked turkey and avocado that sandwich was good. Over all a nice atmosphere with decent service but the food needs work.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. I use to work for this establishment… let me give you all some facts thatll make sure you never even consider eating here.

First of all, this place is an absolute disaster. Ive seen kitchens on kitchen nightmares look better than this place. I was the breakfast line cook and every morning i would come into a pile of dishes not washed from the previous night. Ive worked in several restaurants and never have i ever seen anything so absurd. So this problem leads into a couple others… there is now mold growing down the walls and thats not surprising since they cant even clean the dishes how do you expect them to keep the kitchen itself clean. On top of this issue this has lead to a disgusting amount of flys and insects in the kitchen. Completely unsanitary.

Okay so if that wasnt gross enough for you, i unfortunately got sick and threw up.. the executive chef tried brushing it under the rug having me still handle food while being sick. At this point this is where i instantly started looking for new jobs because this is just absolutely inhumane. I would never want someone ill handling my food so why am i being forced to handle others. Probably because theyre understaffed with only 4 total cooks and that includes the executive chef himself.

So if this wasnt inhumane enough for you at this point i have 2 more factors that are just absolutely absurd. Firstly, my signature was forged by the chef himself logging false numbers under the safe temperature safety log. Not only is it illegal to forge a signature but THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A WORKING THERMOMETER IN THE FIRST PLACE so who knows if any of those numbers are accurate and if the food is safe to eat or not. Im pissed my name is on those documents that i never once verified or signed myself.

Lastly, and most importantly to me, and less important to you… but just so you all can have a full understanding of the people opperating this pathetic business… wage theft.

They literally edited my time card to try to steal some time off me and when i called them out for this, the chef (which it says “editted by say so name”) was in full denial about doing so but quickly after i caught them it was reverted to my original times but now it says editted by the HRs name. Super sketchy people. Super sketchy business.

If i were you, i would stay as far away from this establishment as possible. Sheetz is right down the street and i can promise you that gas station food is 1000% better and safer to consume.

Mashed potatoes were half raw and chunky. Carrots were half raw and inedible. Ceasar salad was under dressed and bland. Crab cake was burnt on the outside and not hot in the middle. Amateur night in the BOH. Service was sub par. Would not come back

This is in a Double Tree hotel, and the menu that is online is no longer served! This is nothing more than hotel food. I got charged $2.00 for a frozen ball of ice for my bourbon!!!! Waitress was nice and attentive, only thing that was decent.

Been here a few time now and for a hotel restaurant it’s definitely one of the better after 10 years of travel. Definitely worth supporting.

Well lit, but very dark.

Excellent place to have dinner. I ordered the corn and crab chowder. It was delicious and tasted like beef, corn, and crab chowder. I definitely would get that again. I also ordered the crab cakes with fries. Those guys were so yummy. It's a bit heavy on the salt but delicious. Shana was our waitress, and she kept us tended to with excellent service. We are staying at this hotel tonight, and I'm tempted to order that corn and crab chowder for a bedtime snack later because it was that good.

Stayed at the Double Tree this past weekend. Decided to order room service instead of going down to the restaurant.

Order arrived in a paper bag. The paper bag consisted of our dinners (Pork Chop dinner $36 and Crab Cake dinner $42) in to go containers. How disappointing to pay that much for dinner to get it in to go boxes. Oh and plastic utensils. Which made it hard to cut through a thick pork chop.

My husband had no issue with his crab cakes. However my pork chop was supposed have an apple chutney, and a sticky glaze on the pork chop. There was neither on the pork chop. I didn’t taste any seasoning. Also it was supposed to have a side of corn but I received broccolini instead.

For a restaurant that has such a limited menu and slightly more expensive I would expect better quality. I would go back again to the restaurant just so I can hear substitutions in person.
