It's exactly what you'd expect. The server was great. The table we were sat at had some crumbs, but not dirty or sticky š¤·āāļø it's an eat n park, not a fine dining spot, my standards weren't too high. Food was underseasoned for me but their main clientele is most likely more salt sensitive, if you catch my drift, so expect to need salt asks pepper if that's your jam.

The food was amazing! The food came out very quickly! The burger and bacon was cooked perfectly. The bottom bun was a bit soggy and falling apart but not a big deal. The poutine was delicious and the service was excellent. I am very happy with my first time here.

The dishes and toilets were absolutely stunning. They were all squeaky clean. Iām so glad this restaurant is very clean and hygienic. I met one of the dish and toilet cleaners (I believe) his name was Jeremiah Freeman if I can remember correctly. He was a nice kid, looked around 14. So for the workers, theyāre very nice! The food was top notch. I havenāt ate at Eatān Park in forever and I was most definitely missing out. I will be going again. 5 stars!

We waited around 10 minutes to be seated, then when we got seated our server didnāt even come to our table but instead went to tables who sat down after us. We had to wait about a total of 30 minutes before we even got served and got our drinks. After we did get our drinks our waiter never came back once to refill until our food came out another 45 minutes later. The food came out it was warm at best, for how long it took for us to get our food you would expect it to be hot. We talked to the manager and got 20% off our meal, but it really wasnāt worth it for how long we sat there waiting for food.

Came in friday for lunch the kid at the host stand said it was gonna be 15 minutes. we decided to wait, about 5 minutes later the kid came back and told everyone that it was going to be up to a 25 minute wait most of the people started to leave. but another few minutes goes by there were more people that came in that they were seating before us when I confronted him about it he said that they were only getting salad bar which is fine. itās been at least 15 minutes at this point there was a group of 2 that looked like they were secretly seated before the people that were waiting including myself and my wife. so anyway a few minutes goes by we were finally seated the kid that seated us looked stressed by waitresses and other people coming up too him. my wife and I honestly felt bad and probably the other people there waiting would probably also feel the same way. there was also another host which was a girl that was helping him outā¦ BUT thatās just the start first we were seated in the front server was nice but shortly after we were seated we heard the hosts getting yelled at either by a cook or manager for seating and to go on a wait which they already had been. the food took forever to come out. I honestly will probably never come back to this location again because clearly the management sucks here when itās not even busy and they have to go on unnecessary waits. when we were leaving I wish I asked the hosts for the managers name. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters when I have time.
If you're lucky enough to get Sloane as your waitress, you know you're in for a good visit. I really can't say enough good things about the way she handled our visit recently. Long story short, she knows how to treat the customers she has.
