Jersey Mike's Subs

So unwelcoming. Very mean staff, especially the old lady. Though I’ve noticed she isn’t around as much so maybe she got fired. Hopefully. She has no business handling my food with those long claws.

I tried my first sub here, which I like and kept coming to the same store, unfortunately the staff are different this time, these new ones are not polite even if when you tip them.

I travel for a living. As I said to my Wife tonight when I got back from Quincy Illinois. I ate at Jersey Mikes 3 times this week and I won’t eat at the one 3 miles from my house.
What a shame.

NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I Was in the moon twp pa location tonight around 7 pm. I saw 4 employees working with several people in front of me waiting for their food. I ordered a #17 with peppers and onions. As I was waiting for my order. There were 2 girls eating and interacting with a worker I believed to be named Jeff. Laughing and carrying on. I heard one of the workers call a #17 and hand it to another customer. They left the store. Then called another # 17 with added mushrooms. Which I did not order! When I said I didnt oeder it with mushrooms and believed they handed my food to the other customer the cook said I was wrong and thats what I ordered. Laughing and arguing with the other workers. I then cancelled my order! Maybe if they werent distracted by the girls and carrying on instead of doing their job things wouldnt have been so messed up!

The worst customer service , they just prepared my sandwich… the employees never asked if I wanted it for here or to go…. Either if I wanted lettuce and some delicious bacon…. Also they didn’t even packed my lunch. That’s why we pay them right ? To prepare and pack their lunch….. honestly the employees here were super lost didn’t knew how to serve…. I’m really sorry but it was terrible !

Soo I’m eating my lunch with the poorest quality and importance…. Like is not their lunch is mine …

I love Jersey Mikes but this location has ruined it for me. Unfriendly staff, very slow service. Not worth going here anymore

Always a good experience when I come! Great customer service and honestly my favorite Jersey Mikes!!! My sub is always on point

Came here for lunch today and my sub had some hair in it. Called and spoke with the manager to have it remade and they still ended up messing my sub up 😐

Called to place an order and instead got called racial slurs by a teenager and he proceeds to hang up. Hire people more respectful that won’t impact your business.

Absolutely electric experience at Jersey Mike’s. From the second I walked in, it felt like I stepped into a motivational seminar disguised as a sub shop. The staff weren’t just friendly — they were borderline superhuman. One guy was slicing meat like a samurai, another was shouting sandwich orders like he was calling a championship boxing match. I swear the guy making my sub had the enthusiasm of a kid on Christmas morning.

The energy? Unreal. It was like a concert, a pep rally, and a kitchen all fused into one. People clapping, hyping each other up — I half-expected confetti to fall from the ceiling when my sandwich was ready. And the sandwich? Divine. Like a flavor explosion that cured my bad mood, my hunger, and possibly my credit score.

If NASA could bottle Jersey Mike’s staff energy, we’d already be on Mars. I’d camp out overnight just to be first in line again.

My experience with Jersey mikes was amazing, the food was wonderful, the workers were great they were so kind and upbeat, I think the ones name was nazylifts, and the one with the long chin was so good on the grill

Today’s sandwich was disgusting. Meat tasted like chemicals and char. Undercooked vegetables. Rude staff. I’ve been a regular at Jersey Mike’s for years now. Won’t be back any time soon.

Too pricey. Subs are great but I don't think they are that great for the money spent.

Store was not run properly. Staff was very disorganized. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed up the customer in front of me as well. Staff standing around talking and not paying attention to customers requests. Will not return

Disappointing to get home and your # 31 California chicken has no lettuce. California on sandwich or burger means it has lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
