Store was not run properly. Staff was very disorganized. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed up the customer in front of me as well. Staff standing around talking and not paying attention to customers requests. Will not return

Disappointing to get home and your # 31 California chicken has no lettuce. California on sandwich or burger means it has lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

The Giant #17 Xtra meat with Mayo is my go to. And they done an excellent job of making it. The sandwich was perfect and the server, Ashley I believe. Was very nice. Will definitely be back!

On Sunday 9/15/24 at about 11:00am I stopped in to get subs in Moon Twp location. 3 people in the store - 3 people behind counter. No one even acknowledged my presence for a good 5-6 minutes. One young girl was cleaning the grill, another young girl had her phone pressed between her cheek and shoulder while she was making a sandwich and never once looked up from her phone for my whole visit, another young male was wrapping the sandwich wide open mouth yawning several times the whole time. I started to turn to walk out when the girl on the grill finally said may I help you. This is horrible service. First someone should greet you right away and secondly no one should be allowed on their phone behind the counter. I am telling you the date and time so that you may know who was working this shift. I will never patronize this store again. I get exceptional service at the Cranberry store and it is worth the drive to me not to have to put up with this Nonsense.

Multiple occasions I have gone here and it feels like the service has gotten worse and worse. One time I ordered online and went to pick up. There were no customers in the store, a couple workers behind the counter and one or two workers at the tables sitting. I go up and ask for my order and the kid from the table comes over and takes 5-10 minutes to make a simple sub then proceeds to drown it, DROWN it in oil and vinegar.
Another time I go in and order in store a sandwich from the grill. I go and sit down and wait. 15-20 min go by and people that have ordered after me from the grill have gotten their food and left even some free sandwiches the employees hand out to a friend/family member. I go up and ask where's my sandwich and the grill guy says he doesn't have a ticket like that's my fault. I told the order I shouldn't have to manage you. "Oh hey why is that guy sitting there for the past 20 minutes looking at us? Maybe we missed something and should check on him."
Which brings me to my next point, do they even have a manager here? I don't think I've seen anyone there to make these people move at a normal pace. It's like the owner decided to just staff it with people from RMU and let them have at it.

OK, this is the way it goes OK because these people on here giving bad reviews are way too nice. OK you are not training these people correctly. They do not know how to cook. The cold sandwiches are fine. The hot sandwiches are terrible. OK you have a bunch of young kids. Do not know what theyāre doing. They need to start making the food like they were going to eat it themselves. This is the issue. OK I had to bring a sandwich back as it was horrible, and they, they all looked at me like I had six heads and there was six of them at the registry to figure out how to give me my money back what it should be much easier than that you shouldnāt have to call the manager to give somebody a refund and stop saying please stop saying youāre sorry for the experience. Sorry does nothing instead of saying sorry try 00 Iām sorry I screwed up but Iām gonna fix it right now. Thank you very much.

Iāve been trying to get ahold of their āhelp deskā for over a week about my absolutely horrible experience. Absurd what happened & absurd I canāt get ahold of someone to handle it.
Donāt waste your time or money. Placed an online order that said 15 mins, placed it at 10:30. Went there at 11 on my lunch and they still werenāt done. Never offered me my cups for drinks I ordered until I asked. Rude customer service. Stood there for half an hr waiting for two sandwiches. Went to get my drinks and the machine was not working . I asked the worker about it and they said āwell yeah the key on the side needs turnedā. Well for one, why in the middle of rush hr for food is something like this not done, for two why am I responsible to do a workers job? Then I grabbed my drinks and food and left. The cream soda tasted like old soda water, sprite, dish water and almonds . The other soda was completely flat. Sandwich was also wrong. This is ridiculous. Getting any form of help to resolve my issues has taken this long. This is insane.
Staff were beyond rude, the place was disgustingly dirty, I would never recommend someone to eat here.
Letās also not forget, I witnessed them putting my sandwiches and EVERYONE elseās sandwiches on dirty counters with absolutely NO paper wrapping underneath. Cashier girl has touched cashier, counters food etc with same pair of gloves. I watched SO many health hazards in my visit. Canāt wait for this place to get a health inspection with this crew.

My boyfriend ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash while in the area on a business trip, after a long day of work. One of which did not arrive. He contacted the store and a very nonchalant teenager said someone else forgot to put the sandwich in bag and said he could come pick it up. He explained that he ordered through DoorDash, which costs extra, to have the order delivered. They offered zero solution for him. He got credits through DoorDash to use at a later time. Then, finally ready to eat the one sandwich he DID receive, it was horribly made. He sent me a video of it and it looked ABSOLUTELY disgusting. That thing was soaked, Iād even say it was swimming. He choked it down because he was starving and he already wasted so much time correcting the initial error on their part of the other missing sandwich. However, if it were me, I wouldnāt be able to eat it. It looked absolutely nasty. This business needs to work on hiring more competent employees or learn how to train them to properly address a simple order of two sandwiches. I have to wonder what the missing sandwich must have looked like, say he did go out of his way to pick it up himself after he ordered it for delivery. I bet it was soaked and nasty as well. Do better Jersey Mikes :(
