Our server was very friendly and the food came out quickly. This was probably the most bland Mexican food I've ever had.

Service was quick and efficient! The birria tacos were excellent and the corn tortillas were delicious. Chips, salsa, and queso were all good and no stale chips here! Drinks are reasonably priced as well as the whole meal. Will be back, thank you!

Truth Betold

Los Mariachis: A Culinary Afterlife Experience (1 Star)

Los Mariachis' Day of the Dead décor is a bold choice, especially considering the food leaves you wondering if you've accidentally wandered into the land of the dearly departed. Flavor? Apparently, it's as dead as the décor.

**Service:** Our waiter valiantly held down… one table. Yes, a single table. Which, in hindsight, should have been my cue to say, "adios!" He seemed to be operating on a different plane, perhaps still Duolingo-ing his English, or simply wishing he was in Cabo (join the club!).

**Food Quality:** I ordered a chicken taco and received ground beef. If you're into culinary roulette, this is the place to be. My other child, with a simple request of chicken and cheese, received lettuce – a plot twist worthy of a charge, they said.

**Pricing/Billing:** This is where Los Mariachis truly excels in the art of surprise fees. The children's menu? Adult prices, even if you order from it. Rice and beans, assuredly included with the kids' meal, appeared as "extras" on the bill. My child's simple chicken and cheese became an adult entrée charge, without adult entrée sides. And, to top it all off, they add their merchant fees to your bill when you use a card. Forget piggy banks; this is an expensive lesson in economics.

**Atmosphere:** The décor is vibrant, but it's a shame the food and service don't match.

**Constructive Criticism:** Perhaps Los Mariachis could focus less on surprise fees and more on accurate orders and attentive service and mostly, FLAVOR! Gordon Ramsay's shows on customer service and flavor might be a helpful resource.

**In Conclusion:** We survived the dead, but barely. Los Mariachis is a place where the dead party, and the living ask themselves some very important questions. If you're seeking authentic Mexican food, look elsewhere – preferably somewhere closer to Mexico, Texas, or California. Here, you won't need to worry about leftovers spoiling, but you will need extra money. ¡Con permiso… de no regresar!

My girlfriend And I were hungry and on the road . I am from this area we decided to stop here to get something to eat. This was to go the tacos were ice cold. You talk about 2 tablespoons of ground meat on the tacos not covering the whole bottom of the taco not one ALL 7 wth SERIOUSLY, no tomatoes on the tacos were soggy. I don’t see this place being in business very long. Do yourself a favor and save your money DON’T eat here the only reason they have high reviews as they have family members posting the reviews I believe. It’s a overpriced Taco Bell. I have owned a business for 25 years & carry an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. This place will not last long in Pittsburgh we like our food proportions heavy not mouse dinners. Another mexican rip off! Very overpriced!

Wonderful food, wonderful service. Everyone is always so friendly and this is the best taco salad I’ve ever had. The steak fajita taco salad is delicious, full of flavor. The El Paso dip is our favorite every time we come and these Texas Top Shelf margaritas are great! Highly recommend this place!
