MilkShake Factory (Moon)

We have to avoid several ingredients when eating out, website says housemade icecream. I’ve asked for an ingredient list for the vanilla several times via messenger. They responded that it has a milk allergen, but seems that they don’t want to provide the ingredient list. Unable to get anyone on the phone also. We are looking for real icecream locations without the HFCS, thickeners, dye etc. Until I can get an ingredient list, I unfortunately am going to have to leave 1 star. I’m assuming ingredients are like all the other places. They claim it’s house made icecream, but unfortunately there’s no way to know because they will not show a list of ingredients. They claim its proprietary, however every single food item in a grocery store has an ingredient list. It’s safe to assume things like high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, dyes, gums and thickeners exist. Unfortunately this is another example of greenwashing and making claims that just aren’t true. We will not be able to patronize this business.Good customer service would be to simply provide a list. Don’t read in to, “house made icecream” too much.

Pricey but WOW!!

Awesome milkshakes, amazing customer service and delicious chocolate creations!

Max the owner was in the store working the evening that we visited the Panama City Beach location and he was so inviting and friendly and made sure that we had a great experience. All of our milkshakes were so good! The Smores shake was our favorite!

Visited the Milkshake Factory in Moon Township. The place was spotless, the employees were cheerful and friendly, and the milkshakes were awesome. The chocolate is fantastic. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out!!!!

These guys were SO wonderful to me tonight, when I walked in 15minutes before close! I hated being that person and was fully prepared to leave if it was going to be to hard on them so close to them closing for the night. But they welcomed me with open arms and big smiles and was so happy to helpful my late night sweet tooth after a very long day! And to top it off, the milkshakes were SO tasty!!! Thanks again guys! Truly!

I absolutely love this milkshake factory in Moon Twp. The manager Ryan and his staff are all friendly and greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. I frequent this store at least 4 times a week for the past several years and the staff greet me and know me by name. The milkshakes are so delicious especially the cookies and cream and the mint chip. I have also had the strawberry shortcake sundae and it is awesome as well. The chocolates are very tasty and made fresh in house. Great milkshakes and great employees!

Beat milkshake I've had!! I got the salted caramel pretzel shake and it was amazing ! The little pretzel pieces really made a difference!

Milkshakes are really good, and the service is always friendly, and prompt.

So, my husband, my toddler & I have never had the milkshake factory and wanted to do something together tonight. We ordered about 40$ worth of treats and were excited. My husband found this toenail in his milkshake. He even pulled it from his mouth when it happened. We are beyond disappointed and disgusted that our first impression was this. I don’t even know how this even happens..
