This place is cool- they make their own chocolate so their milkshakes are delicious

The Milk Shake Factory was super yummy! I got the strawberry shortcake sundae and would recommend. I wish they put a little more syrup in, but overall, I'd definitely get it again. They had free chocolate samples and all the ones I tried were great.

Peanut Butter Brownie shake was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back.

Great fast service. Excellent shakes so good. Ans chocolate we took home hit the shot.

Always great ice cream and chocolate. All desserts have been delicious. Service is has always been decent as well. Shop is clean with plenty of parking in the plaza. Nearby several other shops restaurants but not in the safest of areas is around at night.

There is a lot of available parking in the shared lot. The store was clean and staff were welcoming. There was only one group of people ahead of us. The milkshakes were made quickly. I love cookie dough ice cream and I was not impressed with the cookie dough fudge milkshake. I don't know what was in it that I didn't enjoy, but the cookie brownie fudge milkshake was delicious. I also tried the cookie jar milkshake and that was better than the normal cookie dough one. Overall it was $17-$20 for two milkshakes both times. The prices are too high to justify making this a frequent stop.

Very high class milkshake shop! Service was very fast and there is a great seating area for larger families. We ended up with 4 milkshakes and 1 sundae and all of them looked just like the pictures and tasted even better! We will definitely be back next time we are in the Moon area.

Cool place, friendly service, tasty shake! The raspberry chocolate truffle shake had good fruit and chocolate flavor. Decent size for the price.

I like the shop, it has a cool feel. Service is nice. This my second trip to MSF. I didn't leave a review first time, thinking it was just me....I can't actually believe that I'm saying this, as I'm an ice cream junkie; I'm not a fan. It's probably better ingredients, but some how it's not a better product. My wife and kid had similar opinions. Some my second trip is likely to be my last. $25+ for 3 ice cream trays that nobody really cared for.

Very friendly staff. The shakes were delicious, just a bit pricey. Hubby and I will probably be back.
