Love the milkshakes , just came back from that place and shouldn't of tipped. The reception is not that great , asked for three things two times for the cashier to hear me. But only gave me one of the things i asked for and went to the customer after me
Fantastic milkshake and chocolate covered strawberries!
We tried raspberries &cream. The milkshakes we had were good and they made them quickly. The staff were polite.
My favorite place for Milkshakes and homemade chocolate. Located near Pittsburgh International Airport.
Shakes were excellent as usual. Other people that leave reviews and complain about prices should stay home. They obviously can't afford to dine out and should stay in. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Fast and friendly service. Love my icecream and smore-pop

Love their shakes especially the peanut butter and chocolate with brownies.
My husband and I live in Moon, and I would say Milkshake Factory is good in a pinch when we need a sweet tooth fix. The shakes are good, but the price can be pretty steep if you plan on going frequently.
We went today and I was a little bummed that my order was incorrect. My husband got the Rusty Shake. I wanted to try their sundaes since I was not feeling a milkshake so I ordered the Smores sundae. The girl making the orders seemed new, and other employees kept having to chime in and remind her to add things cause she didn’t know. They then completely butchered my husbands name, but we took our order. The store doesn’t have spoons so I waited till I was home to eat my sundae. After a few bites, I realized they made the brownie sundae and not the Smores one I asked for. The sundae is good, but obviously I wanted what I ordered.
We have to avoid several ingredients when eating out, website says housemade icecream. I’ve asked for an ingredient list for the vanilla several times via messenger. They responded that it has a milk allergen, but seems that they don’t want to provide the ingredient list. Unable to get anyone on the phone also. We are looking for real icecream locations without the HFCS, thickeners, dye etc. Until I can get an ingredient list, I unfortunately am going to have to leave 1 star. I’m assuming ingredients are like all the other places. They claim it’s house made icecream, but unfortunately there’s no way to know because they will not show a list of ingredients. They claim its proprietary, however every single food item in a grocery store has an ingredient list. It’s safe to assume things like high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, dyes, gums and thickeners exist. Unfortunately this is another example of greenwashing and making claims that just aren’t true. We will not be able to patronize this business.Good customer service would be to simply provide a list. Don’t read in to, “house made icecream” too much.
Have been stopping by as a way to give myself little treats. Specifically their chocolate covered strawberries. I love love LOVE chocolate strawberries and theirs are pretty good. I also tried their barks and the coconut one is probably the best. The shavings are just big enough to taste but small enough you don't have to overly chew it.
Didn't get the guy's name but he saved the day for us over at Primantis, unequivocally love this place.
