I do have to say, when ordering take-out, the portion sizes are visually smaller. I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. It's bad enough that the prices are already high.

Order a breve latte hot no foam no whip no flavour. 2 tries and staff telling me what I ordered twice was wrong and this is way they make it. The older lady at the counter way great, food was great, coffee and baristas were horrible.

I got a pick 2: tomato soup and cranberry walnut sandwich to go. While waiting for my food we noticed that not all of the team members were wearing hats. I then found a 6in black hair in my tomato soup while eating. I would hope they fix the lack of cleanliness when preparing food in the future.
