Will not be visiting this location again unfortunately. The food was fine, however the cashier spent most of the time of my visit going on an extremely loud anti-immigrant rant behind the counter. I understand that companies can not and should not police what employees say, but if employees are going to be that bigoted they should at least have the good sense to do it out of earshot of customers.

My girlfriend and I ordered the SAME half sandwich and a cup of soup each. We didn’t receive a receipt so this was the first red flag. The meal came out and we had two entirely DIFFERENT sandwiches! Second red flag. I questioned the girl and she ignored me then went back into the kitchen! Third RED FLAG!!The price for this miserable wrong meal was $33!! Then people who can’t do it right want a tip!! I’ll NEVER be back!! Horrible service and training!!!

I asked the cook for croutons for my french onion soup (every other time i have ordered it there was croutons on it) and she gave me a nasty look. Then clumsy me spilled my drink, and when we asked for a rag to clean it up the worker just handed us a rag and walked away. I feel like she could have at least helped us clean it up. Overall the employees created a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Overpriced. Lousy cibatta steak sandwich with barely any meat, no peppers and one tiny onion. Chicken noodle soup had 2 small pieces of chicken and needed double the noodles. Save your money. Eat elsewhere. HORRIBLE!

Is this place for real? Spent $13 on a toasted caprese sandwich + added bacon for add'l $$....couldn't even put 2 full pieces of bacon on it & they're burnt/old pieces. One tiny slice of mozz cheese and super thin tomato does not equal a caprese. This location is so lame!!

Usually I love Panera but the experience I had with this specific Panera was very concerning. I ordered through doordash and when I opened my bag there was a very strong chemical smell coming from the bag. The food also smelled like chemicals and tasted very off. I called Panera to ask for a refund. The woman I spoke to explained I would have to get a refund through doordash, which I completely understand. However, she didn’t seem to express any concern about this issue, which I feel is quite serious.

Very clean, has nice cool air and the music isn’t too loud. Every seat has an outlet and the wifi is stable, which is very helpful for needing to do work remotely. The price of food has increased significantly since the last time I visited any Panera, but that’s no fault of this particular location.

The food here is usually good. But I got the new Tomato Basil BLT tonite & tomato soup. There was hardly any bacon pieces, they crumbled it, which is fine, on the sandwich, but wheres the crumbles? It was bread, tomato & lettuce! The soup was good but they left out the baguettes from both mine and my hubbys soup. $10 for soup no baguettes. $10 for a lettuce tomato sandwich. I'm highly disappointed! This is not acceptable. I could've gotten a blt & fries at eat n park for the same price and had actual bacon on my sandwich. My hubbys steak ended up on regular bread cause they were out of the bagettes that it was suposed to come on. Make more baguettes or discount the meal for left out items. It was dinner time & their out of everything. Come on, it's not that hard! Train your employees or get new ones. I'm not in the habit of trowing money away. $40 for a very unsatisfied customers! I'd have 1 stared but last few times we went here the food was fine. Although this isn't the first time they left out the baguettes with the soup.
