It is the quintessential Pittsburgh experience. Just a note on customer service - we are of a generation that doesn't appreciate loud music making it difficult to have a conversation. I asked for it to be turned down and it was promptly adjusted to a nice level. Food is reasonably priced and delicious.

Waited 20 minutes for service after we were seated by the hostess when the restaurant was absolutely dead ended up leaving before anyone came to the table.

Filthy.
Food Not Prepared According To Primanti Standards.
Staff Is Mostly Useless.

In Pittsburgh for work this week. This was my first time at a Primanti Bros restaurant, and it did not disappoint.
I ordered a PB Reuben, and though I prefer 1000 island dressing over the spicy horseradish sauce, it was atill delicious. I was greeted, seated, and approached by my server in just a few minutes. The food took *maybe* 7-8 mins to come out, and it was delicious.
My server was friendly, and was keen on making sure I didn't go without anything.
Whether you've experienced this chain before, or it's new to you, I highly recommend this specific location. Worth every penny.

When we arrived the waitress was attentive and informative. Then the problem started. Once our food came out literally every order from our table of six was either wrong, or something was bad with the food. We had multiple incorrect orders brought to us, and this was all after an excessively long wait. The food came out cold and when we had the food sent back they brought us more of the same bad food. We finally decided we would leave the manager came over and cleared the bad items from our bill but we left hungry and everything else was now closed. I hope this was a one off situation but this was a very unpleasant experience.

P.S Our waitress did an amazing job trying to remedy the situation.
