This is the first time I've gone into a Starbucks and a Barista has an actual conversation, she was pretty funny and super nice. However, can we discuss whomever designed the drive through and parking? I was blocked in for over 15 minutes. A combination of poor design, lengthy wait times for orders and a series of, apparently blind customers, that couldn't extend the courtesy of leaving space for people to pass or pull out.

I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Chai drink the other day but hot instead of iced. The employee cut me off and then got upset when I didn't want their drink recommendation. The drink I was asking for I wanted hot instead of cold. The cold drink with the same ingredients costs close to $6. I asked for it hot and they charged me almost $8! The drink came with cold foam (I know its a hot drink, I get this same drink every fall for the past 5 years.) I get my drink and its literally just foam bubbles...no flavor, no cold foam. The employees know exactly what they did because she didn't want me to get cold foam on a hot drink she was getting at and offered just pumpkin syrup instead...cold foam and syrup are 2 different things. Wasted $8 because the employee didnt want to make what I asked for. From the attitude to charging for the wrong watery drink its worth not going here, especially when going out feels like a treat if you have the extra funds to spend.

Hi, employees are buying up the specialty bear cups before they are available to the public. i stood in line waiting for a cup at 4 am only to find out the little cups they had were already claimed by the employees. this is extreme unfair!

Some of the People that come into the moon Starbucks have no respect for people in wheel chairs. There is also people sitting at the handicap tables and very few get up for someone who needs the table especially the guy right by the door

I usually never leave reviews or nothing but I went through the drive thru and they messed up my drink to where it was just ice and cold foam. I asked the girl to fix it and showed her what I wanted exactly and she literally said no and gave me a refresher instead.. like it’s your job so not only did I waste my $ I still didn’t get what I wanted. Moon Starbucks do better , I’d go to the one in beaver but that one sucks too
