Told both ladies working TWICE I wanted to do a separate transaction from my friend, only to be charged for both sandwiches! There goes the money I was hoping to spend on baby clothes later today. Also had to show the older girl where the yellow mustard was because apparently it’s her first day. $23 for two foot longs fantastic. Didn’t offer a refund didn’t ask to fix it just said “sorry” and expected me to be happy with that. I’m disputing this with my bank asap because I literally specified TWICE TO TWO WORKERS we were separate.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I bought lunch for people working at my house and I really did not know what to add. The gentleman that assisted me was super nice and when I said you pick what to add he did just that. Made it stress free for me. The workers were super happy with their chicken sandwiches. On a second occasion, I went for a small sandwich for me and the ladies were very amicable. Super happy buying here. I used coupons on both occasion. ?

This is getting ridiculous - Doordash needs to vet and take locations that keep forgetting items off the platform. I am seriously considering switching to Grubhub!!!!

Horrible horrible! Ignored my phone calls. Lied and said the manager was not there. Meanwhile he told the employee to lie. Would not refund my money under any circumstance!!!!!!

Horrible TERRIBLE service. Charged me $2 for extra cheese and puts only bits and pieces of cheese on top. Look at pic below. COMPLETE CHEATERS !!! And the manager doesn’t even have the decency to apologize. I would rate it a ZERO star if I could. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE service and SHAMELESS people.

Used to be good but workers seem to purposely ring up orders wrong. I always get a 6 inch spicy italian on italian bread and the last time I got a receipt it was rung up as a #23 and cost $8.23 when it usually is $7.49 after tax - worker tried telling me that's the category that sandwich is under now. SUS. Will prob not go back to this location as this has happened MULTIPLE times now them overcharging me + ringing it up as another sandwich I don't even order.UPDATE:Went to Subway by moon police and got 6 inch spicy italian and it cost like $6.94 after tax and was rung up as a 6 inch spicy italian. Manager contacted me from walmart subway but was of no help so far as I requested I want refunded the difference for my last order being rung up wrong. I would just avoid this location altogether.

Wanted to place an order went to use restroom to wash my hands and was told the rest rooms are closed why go into a place to eat and can’t wash your hands no customer service not friendly flat out rude will not spend 1 penny in the place

Careful about this subway, overcharges $3-$4 than others. We got ripped off and thought subway raised the price but its just them. Never again from this one.
