Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Cafe seems nice, clean. I did a mobile order so I wasn't in long to really look or talk to employees. My smoothie was correct and tasted great! My wrap I ordered with extra sauce, it was drenched in it. And I ordered a side of sweet potatoes and they were rotten and tasted poorly. I'm on the road for my job so I didn't have time to return and ask for a replacement.

This place is absolutely delightful, a real gem for a treat. You get to unwind and enjoy some fantastic offerings. The atmosphere is so welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a little indulgence. This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I always have a good experience buying food and smoothies from this specific location. Very positive vibes and my order is always on point. Wrap, salad, acai bowls, and smoothies are always delicious.

Love tropical smoothie! I've ordered at this location many times and never had an issue with the younger staff that I can remember.

Unfortunately there's an older woman who works the closing shift and she's incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Just seen her essentially scream at a mother and child in front of me and then made a rude snickering comment towards me in front of staff and other customers because I couldn't hear what she asked me while the blender was going.

Just an ew and uncomfortable experience. Imagine how she treats the young staff members she works with. Very rude woman. I won't be going back to this location for a WHILE .

Okay yall.. I don’t normally go out of my way to complain. I love this place & have been buying from them for a few years, and have always bought their Baja chicken wrap.. but this time my husband and I got them and they were INSANELY spicy. Like they added WAY too much salsa. I get it.. this stuff happens.. but when I called to inform them of this so they didn’t damage anyone else’s esophagus’ they responded with basically saying thank you for informing us and leaving it there. No offer of a remake or anything like I would receive anywhere else. Very disappointed.. it was literally painful to eat.

Joanne absolutely made my day this morning! She was extremely kind, made my smoothie quickly and it was delicious! She kickstarted a great day for me and I want to thank her for that :)

The staff went above and beyond for me to help make a safe drink for my son with allergies. They broke down exactly which ingredients he could have and which to avoid. They patiently waited as we decided and the smoothie was FANTASTIC. Seriously. I don't think I've ever had a smoothie that good. I wish it wasn't a 40 minute drive but you can bet I'll go back every time I'm in that area.

Parking: Ins and outs are very confusing in the dark, especially with salty or snowy conditions. Cars whipping in and out. Parking was the only downfall and outside their control as they're part of a shopping center.

Don’t come to this location in the mornings for their customer service. They have no people skills in there. I’ve only been here in the am so that’s the only staff I can relay any information about. They don’t greet when you walk in. They don’t try to start taking your order unless you approach or call after them. They don’t help you decide on anything. I hadn’t ever been to a tropical smoothie before starting to work out here recently and I happened to notice this plaza after dropping my client off at the airport, but now I frequent this place weekly. I now solely use the app, order, and just go pick up my stuff because like friendly, engaging environments and these folks just don’t have it. I don’t even want to sit in. I don’t know if it’s just too early for them or what, but at least the food and smoothies are always good. Just don’t go if you’re big on customer service lol!! They’re not mean per se. You can just tell that they’re to work and go home. Not make you smile lol.

I don't want to seem petty. While making my smoothie, the server found something in the mixer as she was pouring. She showed it to a more experienced person who dug some of it out and told her it was okay. I (my issue is that I knew I was not going to drink it) I politely left without taking it. I am sad as I really liked this place, but to me, they should have just started over.
