I've eaten here many times and haven't had much negative to say. But by the way the employee treated me today when I approached the counter to order makes me not want to go there ever again. I didn't see the man's name but his attitude was shameful and I ended up leaving without ordering. It's a shame because they're have been other employees there that have represented the business well. It only takes one bad experience to lose future business.

Myself and three other people were standing in line for at least 8 minutes with nobody waiting on us. When I asked if anybody was working the register, I was told that they were busy with mobile orders. When I finally got my order, (double burger), the burger patties were burnt and the paper mat thr food was sitting on was all crinkled up and looked like it was pulled out from behind the counter. Punishment for speaking up, I'm sure. When I went to sit down, the tables were all filthy. Definitely a place to avoid!
Bob and the entire staff were awesome. This is my favorite Wendys to visit in the Pittsburgh area

My family and I went through the drive through and 3/4 of our orders were incorrect. Rather disappointing when you say no onions and they put onions on a sandwich. Only one of us wanted Ranch dressing and all four of us got ranch when two had specifically asked for no sauces and one other family member asked for sweet and sour and didn't get it at all. Food was mediocre at best honestly. The girl who took my card to pay took her sweet time to give me back my card

They don't wear gloves while making your food, lady had a rings on and wiped her nose then put a bun in her hand and made a sandwich, crazy no gloves nowadays

Went to get food from dine in, the door was locked at 950. Went to the other side and seen an employee and he said “it’s locked” I told him the sign says dine in open until 10pm. He said “don’t know what to tell you” Avoid the attitude and go right next door to Primanti
