Big guy at window barely wanted to put his arm out having me hanging out my window to give him my card then had to wait like 10 minutes for a #1, then no napkins no straw had to return just to get them

Management and employees are super rude and unprofessional. They refused to give me the food I paid for, also gave my friends the wrong order with missing items. When asked for the missing items and order that I didn’t receive they refused to give us the food. While waiting to ask again we were ignored and they started handing food to the people behind us. Also asked us to leave and mocked us making faces and being racist. Overall horrible experience when I usually don’t have an issue with my food or the staff.

Only wendys in Pennsylvania I've ever been to that charges 2 bucks to upgrade to large. Everywhere else it's a buck. Rude and clueless staff. Food was great as usual. Looks like wendys let's their franchises set their own prices on some items.UPDATE. I found a whisker in my French fries. They just lost two stars.

Wendy’s is turning into the service of McDonald’s. Ordered a meal, and was missing fries. Paid 11.99 for a burger and drink. Other food was cold, biggie burger was cold and nuggets and fries were old. A waste of $24 and yet another reminder of why I don’t bother with fast food. Kids meal fries not filled to the top, and everything just looked like it was thrown together without care. Wendy’s I’m done with you now too ?

Food is ok, service is mediocre and prices are outrageous. My sister and I paid $25 for two combo meals. Previously, (a few years ago) those same combo meals would cost $12. The increase in prices is massively increased and the Wendy's in Moon Twp is across the street from Pirmanti Bros where you can order 2 incredible home made sandwiches and massive order of French fries for the same price. No comparison between decent home made food versus a step above McDonald's and mass production.Parking: Moon Twp location, parking lot has substantial parking because they're never busyWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have a wheelchair ramp
