Good customer service however a horrible sandwich. Only good thing was That was good Was the bread. however I spent almost $30. I had to come home and add my own condiments to it but this is being my first time eating There I was not impressed. The meat is pre-cut and very thick, but it is fresh however, if I’m paying $12 for a sandwich, I would like a $12 sandwich so I had nine pieces of meat, including the cheese. I believe the lettuce should be cut up very nice not big pieces. No love put into the sandwich. I was told that they are famous for a tuna so if I choose to go back, maybe I will get that But for hoagie, absolutely not. Good customer service though.

One of the best tuna and Italian subs in the area. The bread is delicious and pillow soft, subs are made within 10 to 15 minutes tops and service is great.

I purchased two Italian hoagies I haven't been there in a few years. The hoagies were delicious, plenty of meat, the bun was fresh and soft. The staff was very friendly , the store was spotless and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Berlew's.

I’ve grown up eating Berlews, but I’ve been away and haven’t had them in some time. While the tuna deluxe was still delicious, I'm not sure what happened to the bread. It’s not soft like it used to be..and I always buy an extra to eat the next day, but the bread is already hard.
