It was absolutely disgusting, no cleaning was done and the bar where they made food made me want to gag, the workers turned there back on us multiple times just to tell us they couldn’t give us the chips that came in the kids meal for my little sister, because they only had two bags left and if it came with the meal it was “free” so they refused to give it to us. The atmosphere was depressing and the food was messy but ok..

Asked staff directly if they were going to clean tables off since they were all dirty and we were going to eat in. She heard me ask and proceeded to ignore me and not help us out to clean the tables. Very disappointed with this visit.

December 21/2025 Just finished watching a movie and went to this Chipotle with my husband and my son, 17 minutes to close. We wanted just two bowls to go. This young lady turn her back on us, as soon as we enter the door, she screamed really angry and banged the counter in front of the food. It was really bad, she didn't even looked at us and went to the back and left us there standing, waiting for her. At this point I wasn't even going to order, I just wanted to see if she had a name tag, for me to report her. I understand that 17 minutes to close might be late , but her actitud has no justification. I'll report her also with whoever I have to. I took a manager's card Jessica Migliori and I'll be calling to let them know what kind of worker they have. I have never reviewed a negative thing in here, but this kind of action is not correct.

Goto pancheros across the street. It's better in every way. The fact that Chipotle put this location next to an existing resturant that does the same things says a lot about the company/owner. I hope this location fails for their slimy tactics

Update: They told me to contact them. I just wasted the last 7 minutes on their site trying to. When you go to submit your complaint. An error message comes up. Which says To many submission request. Figures. SMH!
Food took 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. The worst are these fast food places anymore. Take the word fast out of it. What is the use of ordering on the app. Then having to wait there 15 minutes after your pickup time. The place was empty. Less than an hour before closing. Yet, you have to wait for your food. Also, they did not have my Adobe ranch and gave me a substitute of something I did not want. Nor ordered. Smh
