Had a door dash here place was dead had two workers. I walk up to the counter and ask for my dash order and I was told just a minute waiting on the chicken to cook. Proceeded to waste 50 minutes of my life while I waited for the chicken and order to be prepared as I watched four others that walked in after me receive their orders I would have rathered watch paint dry, 0.1/10 strongly do not recommend

It’s simply ridiculous. In NO establishment should I walk in, 10 minutes after my reserved pickup time for my food. THEN continue to sit and wait for half an hour, while customers who didn’t order ahead and just walked in get served. It’s ridiculous. And you’re chipotle and ran out of rice???? This store should be shut down.

It was a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. They were consistently out of essential food items and seemed unwilling to prepare more unless the containers were completely empty, resulting in long wait times. Additionally, the staff appeared more focused on fulfilling online orders than assisting in-store customers, leading to significant delays.

After waiting 20 minutes in line—only to find limited food options and no clear indication of when more would be available—I ultimately decided to leave. This occurred at 8 PM on a Friday, a time when a restaurant should be well-prepared for customer demand. Unfortunately, the lack of efficiency and prioritization made for a frustrating experience.

This place doesn’t even deserve your money. Go somewhere else, I went to pay with an older looking $100 that my grandmother gave me for Christmas, and they told me their counter-fit reader was saying it was fake… Now unless my GRANDMA is a felon the bill is in fact real. Also, this place is gross there is trash everywhere and garbage is piling out the garbage can. The tables are not even wiped down and they are completely out of everything including napkins besides some spoons and butter knives.

We put in an order for later in the night and were going to tip even for the inconvenience of it being so late, but apparently they “didn’t get our order” even though we put it in and the website told us our order was confirmed so we drove all the way there. They didn’t even offer to make our food or anything just told us we don’t have your order sorry and we’re rude about it too. Got me thinking they cancelled it on purpose because they didn’t want to make it so late.

The people seem nice but that place after dark gets so messy im scared of cross contamination and if someone was allergic to something i would be scared even if the ingredient isn't in the food it might of came in contact with it.

The female bathroom down half the time there. The only bathroom up always stinks because that food got to be going through fast.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and was disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered brisket tacos with chips and queso, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. The tacos were overly packed with toppings despite my request for extra lettuce only, and the light rice and beans I asked for turned into a soggy mess. The chips were a salty mess, the queso was also lumpy and the texture wasn’t appealing.

The service was underwhelming as well. The staff, though understandably busy, didn’t seem engaged or interested in customer interaction. I tried to strike up a conversation and asked for some local recommendations since I’m traveling, but it was clear that customer service wasn’t their priority. The atmosphere felt indifferent, and the overall vibe of the staff made the experience less enjoyable.

The restaurant itself was okay, but the lack of customer care left a sour impression. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location, especially to guests staying at nearby hotels. A little more training on customer service would go a long way in improving the experience.

Threw away $19.49 worth of food. I would not even feed that to a dog, a pile of mush when I opened it.

Update … when I decided to dump the cheese… it had chicken in it ??

I went to this location today and the meat police (Got annoyed when we ask if the had a new batch)Hoarding the Brisket in the back they only had like a cup left and we always get double protein since they always want to give you scraps I told the girl I’ll wait for a new batch they were taking their sweet time we left … WHAT THE PROBLEM WITH CHIPOTLE???? They forget that people pay for the food.. they don’t give hand outs here?????

I have switched to this chipotle since the one in Dickson city has been going down hill… If you know you know! Great portions they are always stocked on food!! This location it’s easy to find with plenty of parking!

We are from out of town, we stayed over in one of the hotels. Decided to go there for lunch. We showed up around 1pm. 1 person in front of us. We both wanted the new brisket. They only had it for 1 order. They were cooking it. So I waited for mine. 2 people came in behind us both wanted brisket. Then a party of 20 people came in. I told them I would get the carnitas instead. We used my points for free entree and paid for the rest, 2 drinks, added guacamole for both. Since it was packed inside we went outside to eat. Both opened our burritos, his had guacamole all on the side, couldn’t even pick it up. Mine was wrapped twice, everything fell out the side. We were really looking forward to our burritos. My husband took 2 bites, couldn’t even eat it. We couldn’t even throw it out since there was no garbage can outside. We left it on the table outside, barely even touched. I called the store but told me I had to be in person to get a refund. We were already on the road to him. I just want my money back please.
