Cold stone already has amazing ice cream what made today’s experience even better was Kishan’s welcoming personality. Kishan was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He shared all the new fall flavors, and even informed us of the fact you can order their version of a Thanksgiving pie. Thanks for the great experience Kishan.

The ice cream at Cold Stone is delicious, but the prices are definitely on the expensive end - especially if you're bringing a family. It is a nice place for a once in awhile treat though. This location is pretty small. There is some seating available, but not a ton.

I have celiac disease. The clerk encouraged me to have marshmallow ice cream which has gluten. I was very sick. Place went downhill. Bathrooms are disgustingly filthy.

Started off great, the woman at the counter (name started with an A) got my order and rung it up. I had an email from cold stone for a BOGO that I just received but the system wasn’t working properly. She said she wasn’t able to honor the BOGO on her end even though I had the email to show it. The ice cream here is way overpriced that I don’t go unless I have a BOGO. Was not planning to spend that much there, only went in because I had a coupon and then I wasn’t even able to use it because they were unwilling to figure it out.

My whole life we got a popular, nationwide ice cream cake for special events. It's always the same flavor layers, no room for customization, and always pricey... freezer burnt often, inside the location not appearing the freshest. BUT COLD STONE MOOSIC WAS SO CLEAN INSIDE! It smelled fresh, was just so presentable too! The lovely woman who waited on me had such an approachable, friendly, down to Earth manner. I was so comfortable there. The customizations for ice cream cakes is mind-blowing! There are flavor combos as in depth as a human personality! The cake had so many flavors, the best we ever had! Nothing tasted repetitive. You choose ice cream flavors, then mid layer spreads, toppings for the top, toppings for the side, baked cake flavors, frosting types like GANACHE (oh I felt so fancy reading that one), and fruits and candy mix ins. The prices are surprisingly reasonable and I swear, my mid sized cake was heavy enough to bicep curl! Clean store, fantastic owners, quality ingredients!
Parking: Safe, plenty of room close up or further down the lot, right off intestate too
Kid-friendliness: What kid wouldn't like this place????
