I was there at 7pm on fri Jan 9th and the worker inside the store had the doors locked the open sign was still on and she/he/it was standing behind the register on their phone saying nope and shaking her head and you can see clearly through the window she was on TikTok this was very unprofessional for a Friday night I would like management to call me i left 3 voicemails

This cold stone and creamery is THE worst ever … the person behind the counter didn’t have any idea on what he was doing … he couldn’t even make a ice cream cone or a chocolate peanut butter shake and didn’t speak a word of English … if you wanna go somewhere for a good laugh go here but if you want a good ice cream experience DO NOT GO HERE !!!

NEVER answers their phone and their open hours are not true to time. have driven 30 mins twice to be met with a closed store both at (130pm & 143pm) change your hours to accurate ones.

I drove from Hazleton to this store because it was the nearest store, it was kind of disappointing, first because the lady who attend me didn’t mix the ice cream properly and second the cups wasn’t even full (as it used to be in other stores). I try to eat inside the store at 9:05 pm and they told me they were closing, google said the store close at 10:00 pm, so I think you should change that!

The hours on here are wrong. I put in an order for pick up and went to the store at the time they told be it would be ready and the store was closed. Waited for a call back and did not get one until almost 2 hours after I ordered.

My husband and I wanted to go to cold stone for our date day…They were supposed to be open at 1pm we got here at 1:05pm they didn’t even open until 1:30pm….

Cold stone already has amazing ice cream what made today’s experience even better was Kishan’s welcoming personality. Kishan was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He shared all the new fall flavors, and even informed us of the fact you can order their version of a Thanksgiving pie. Thanks for the great experience Kishan.

The ice cream at Cold Stone is delicious, but the prices are definitely on the expensive end - especially if you're bringing a family. It is a nice place for a once in awhile treat though. This location is pretty small. There is some seating available, but not a ton.
