Consistently fun environment. Samera from the crew is easily the best employee they have and she always handles every interaction with care, courtesy, and kindness. Entire crew seems well in tune, foods good but would like to see more options (mainly bar Staples like jalepeno poppers, boneless wings with various sauce, or maybe a appetizer sampler, menu just seemed too specific and some people just want a basket of greasy unhealthy food when they drink lol.), there are quite a few more games than I thought would be able to fit, really decent selection. Great job here!

They charge $3.50 for soda refill be warned. Also charged $20 for the $15 upgrade on eat and play when I pointed it out they said it was tax. But the tax was calculated at bottom of receipt

I am going to do a charge back on my credit card as I was frauded by your team.

Came for my daughter's birthday. We've been to Allentown many times. Was told an hour wait for a table so we decided to play games instead of eating there. For a new building in a big market they failed. Way too small and cramped. Could hardly move without getting bumped into. Not many games the kids wanted to play. The price per game was higher. Definitely won't be back to this location.

I was looking forward to a fun adult arcade experience. I have nothing good to say. After waiting an hour for food, it was cold and not worth the $, drinks are on the pricey side and aren’t great, arcade was 90% teenager or younger.

Place wasn’t filled took 20 mins for drinks alone, our appetizers never came out and the food was made incorrectly and DOUSED with salt. I will go again for the arcade and bring my own drinks. I’ve been to many D&B’s montage is the worst I’ve ever been to.
Came here to eat with my husband and the food was amazing. Our server Ricky was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. As well as the manager. Definitely will be coming here again.

Came in midday and the machines were all up and running with great payouts. Staff were all extremely friendly. When we went to be sat for lunch the hostess went to sit us in the back where it was darker. I had my autistic son with me who does not do too well in the darker areas of restaurants. The hostess was so accommodating. She moved us to the front of the restaurant with a smile. The waitress was a little busy which was completely understandable and she had an extra table thrown in out of rotation. The manager came over and took our food and drinks orders with a smile and even engaged with my son. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

This is the first time me and my brother have ever went to a Dave & Buster's in our lifetime. We went to the Moosic, Pa location on 10-2-24. We were both mostly satisfied with the experience. However we are slightly disappointed. 1. Their main food entree were not properly portioned for the price you pay. I would consider them small portion size. Also their main entree dishes taste okay However don't expect it to be restaurant quality grade food (For example: we got the Chicken Parmesan and it was dry, overcooked, and etc). If you want better tasting well-made Chicken Parmesan for $15 it is better to go to Olive garden instead who specializes in that food category. Dave & Buster's has Good Bar Quality Food that you would find at your local Bar. However I will NOT consider them a good Restaurant Quality Food.
2. Me and my girlfriend went back to Dave & Buster's the following day on10/3/2024. The Food service was very slow and it wasn't even crowded in there. There was only 5 more couples other than us there. We got the all you can eat wings for $23. That was a joke because they give you 7 Wings, 2 celery, and a dip on the first plate in which you can finish eating in 5 minutes. Then you have to wait for the waitress to come back 15 minutes later. Then you have to wait another 15 minutes for the next plate of wings which only contains 4 wings, no celery, and Dip. Even then throughout the night we ordered other food and the waitress kept mixing our orders up. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a refill of all that you can eat chicken wings and only get 4 on your plate.
3. Called the Dave & Buster's customer service experience number that was provided to me by the owner of this location as posted in a response to my review on 10/4/24. Explained everything to the person on the phone who's from Texas. He said he will send all this feedback to the general manager at the Mossic, pa location and I should be receiving some sort of phone call or email for follow-up from the manager. It is currently 10/7/24 I still have not received any phone calls from any Dave and buster affiliates. Sounds like they just give you a phone number to call just to vent and not do nothing about it.

If i could give them zero stars i would! We came in for a family birthday last night. The birthday girl who is over 30 years old had ONE DRINK and was cutoff by bartender samera and general manager that was bald which i was told I couldnt get his name! For “being to intoxicated” we tried to explain that her personality is just realy bubbly but they refused service to her. They didnt even send the general manager over to have a conversation with us they sent a kitchen manager or someone who had no clue how to manage. Ive been in the restaurant industry and a bar manager for 7 years and have never had an experience like this. Your team and management needs more training on alcohol intake and customer service!!
