We just visited duck donuts at the shoppes at montage. We got there 15 minutes before they closed and the lady at the counter was making eyes at the other worker because we walked in. She then continued to count the drawer as we were trying to decide what to get. It was so uncomfortable and we felt very unwelcome. My son ordered a donut milkshake and she refused to make one. We ended up leaving. I asked the manager's name and she said she was the shift manager. If that is how a manager treats customers that is pretty sad.

Very tasty. Love that you can pick your donuts and toppings. These are cake donuts though and not traditional donuts. They are made fresh to order right in front of you and you get them nice and warm, ready to eat! Milkshakes are tasty but very sweet.

The donuts aren't as good as all the hype. The numerous selections of toppings are actually very good. The establishment is extremely clean. I was very impressed by this because of how the employees take care of dipping the donuts and decorating each donut. There were virtually no spills.
