Almost every time I come to this Dunkin location I am waiting at least 20 minutes for my drink while they take customers after me and give them their stuff and make me wait longer, the staff is rude and the quality is terrible every time I order plain mini bagels, there cold. A few days ago, I was sitting at Dunkin with my friend and once we went up to order, they said that we weren’t allowed to order and it kicked us out rudely after letting us sit there for over 10 minutes with no complaint. there has been times when the workers have cursed at me and my friends. overall, everything at this location is very disappointing.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They also can't comprehend simple orders after several attempts and then refused to serve correct order. Completely ignored when there weren't other customers. I have also talked to several people who have had similar experiences with the same girls that work there. They should 100% be terminated.

What kind of origami chef y’all got in the kitchen? This Dunkin was severely understaffed today, I really hope that somebody last-minute called off and that a manager didn’t schedule four people to run a store today. 🥲 staff is usually really friendly though.

Went there today around 2:30 drive thru lady was nice but the person making the stuff is making garbage and so rude .. if she enjoys her job so much she shouldn't be so rude to the customers 🙄 it's not the first time I've gotten frozen coffee wasn't blended and no espresso and the toast wasn't toasted 11$ for garbage and then God forbid you tell her she had a fit.
