Absolutely the WORST customer service!! Horrible!!! Drive thru staff were rude !! Order was completely wrong not just once but twice ! How dare a staff person talk so rudley to a customer then have the audacity to laugh about the whole matter .I will never ever give them 1 penny of my business again !!

Went there today around 2:30 drive thru lady was nice but the person making the stuff is making garbage and so rude .. if she enjoys her job so much she shouldn't be so rude to the customers 🙄 it's not the first time I've gotten frozen coffee wasn't blended and no espresso and the toast wasn't toasted 11$ for garbage and then God forbid you tell her she had a fit.

Cynthia literally yelled at me because I was not ok with accepting this size of this drink as a large I have video that I will be sending to corporate about how CYNTHIA YELLED AT ME IN STORE AND WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HER ON THE QUANTITY OF THIS DRINK THIS WILL BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA SOON
I have the video for the owner if they would like to contact me otherwise I will reach out to dunkin Corporate office with his video and complaint because with portion control being a huge topic today why should I not ask where is the rest and then get yelled at for it am I not a patron is it now ok to Yell and belittle your customers in front of others I am well aware you guys have video camera systems please review todays incidents and tell me where I am wrong as a customer I never yelled shouted or anything but question what is a serving and what is not and when they said otherwise I asked for a medium cup poured the large into the medium cup and they said it overflowed the medium so it’s a large!!!
I will push this agenda to make sure the patrons. In your local town know how you treat your customers.

The past few times i’ve been over the past couple weeks since the reopening I’ve been nothing but disappointed with my coffees. There’s absolutely no added flavoring based on the sticker and the espresso always has an old, burnt taste. The staff are amazing every time though.
