Came here two days ago and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger only to bite into it about 20 minutes later and it had no bacon. I returned tonight, showed my receipt and they gave me a free burger exactly what the other one was supposed to be. I explained i didn't want a free one , the manager insisted !!

Prices are INSANE. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. The price mixed with location on Montage is why this restaurant is not busy, and makes the prices seem even more unbelievable..

I’ve ate at many Five Guys before, and I must say Robert made me the best burger of all time! It was crispy but juicy, perfect amount of ketchup and mayo. Excellent service. I did forget my water canteen though. Hope I can get it back.
