My first time at this location. Girl working not very friendly. Felt like a bother even being there. Also, all 3 subs were drenched in oil. I'll stick to the Dickson City location.

Flew into Wilkes Barre from Denver to surprise my family and wanted to bring them Jersey Mikes. I scheduled a larger order ahead for 3:30, but my flight arrived early. I went into this location over an hour early and just asked to purchase a soda, hangout and wait until they were ready, no rush. Very kindly the gentleman behind the counter told me no worries, to grab a drink and he’d get the order made and right out for me. The team put my order together quickly and I was on my way well before 2:45! I picked this location because of their good rating and I was not disappointed. They truly went above and beyond for me today! I always recommend Jersey Mikes but this location is a standout for sure! Excellent customer service!

Love their hoagies, However today the bread was hard I noticed that there were several loaves of bread on the working station when I arrived Bread when left out uncovered gets hard and stale quickly . Please keep your bread covered for freshness

First time visiting a Jersey Mikes. Definitely did not live up to all the hype. Went to the sign that said order here. I gave the worker my order including what toppings I wanted and she snapped back, "they do the toppings over there". There was a different worker at the cash register who seemed very confused. The weight seems longer than usual for sandwiches. Turns out they "misplaced" one of our sandwiches and had to remake it. When we got back to our hotel we discovered one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. It wasn't worth the effort to turn around and go back, so that sandwich went right in the garbage. Jersey Mike's seems very over-priced compared to local delis and other restaurants that make sandwiches, especially when you throw it out because it's made wrong. We will stick with Subway going forth.
