What is it about Scranton ice cream places? They have so many different and unique flavors. Kitty Joe's follows in this tradition. We had to get an extra flavor just to try as many as we could.If you're staying in Scranton, it's worth the drive out to try this strip mall ice cream shop.

They have good ice cream! They have soft ice cream and hard ice cream, and they have a little stand of freeze dried candy!
Such a delicious and nice cream shop! My friends and I were visiting from out of town. We're so happy we found this place and made a point to go again the next day before leaving town! They have a bunch of homemade hard ice cream flavors, so many toppings as well as other other hard and soft ice cream! They also have a bunch of edible cookie dough. And the price is great too!! Also ALL of the employees were so nice and helpful, I asked what multiple flavors were and taste tested a few and they were so nice! It seemed like they really enjoyed working there.

I ordered a small italian ice.....the bowl of italian ice they gave me.....was HUGE! I couldnt even eat half of it. Def good quality and quantity for your money. Service was quick and staff was very nice!
