I'm done waiting for the manager Kenneth to do the right thing. I was charged $59 for an item I returned before even leaving the store. The employee told me he needed a manager to issue a refund. I'm not from the area I was traveling through. I called a few days later after not hearing from anyone, and Kenneth told me he "accidentally" hit the cash back instead of issuing the refund back to the card I used for the purchase, and that I could swing back by and grab it. I repeatedly told him I couldn't do that because I was several states away, and he said he would figure it out. This happened over a month ago now, ending with emails back and forth proving that they owed me the $59. Then finally Ken told me, "I'm sending it right now," never to receive my money. I guess he felt he needed it more than me. I am now having to dispute this with my bank after wasting valuable time trying to get them to do the right thing. All over 60 bucks. WOW ?

Just stopped by at 6:15 pm on Sunday and lights were on and there was someone inside but the doors were locked. Weird

I Was pass through heading back to Brooklyn. Stop and got gas and need wine bottle opener to bring wine to a family member. The Lady employee who help she was Amazing . She was so kind and very helpful. I ask her to play power ball . If I win she my Good luck . If not she still will be such a beautiful attitude and smile . Thank you so much will come back again

Man at counter asked for my ID and as I'm handing it to him asked multiple times more. He was too busy checking out the guy BEHIND me at a second register to even take it to scan it. Horrible customer service.
