Tried New Amber Indian Restaurant in Moosic and had a mixed experience. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. However, the food was a bit underwhelming — the flavors were mild and didn’t quite capture the richness you’d expect from Indian cuisine. It wasn’t bad, just average in taste and quality. A decent spot overall, but the food could definitely use some improvement to match the otherwise good experience.

Very disappointing experience. There were three girls staff members, all busy chatting among themselves, completely ignoring the customers. No one bothered to check on our table or offer any service. The overall service was pathetic and unprofessional. Definitely not what you expect from a place that claims to care about customer experience.

I have been going to New Ambers buffet for the past 10 years. The atmosphere is very family friendly. Their Variety of food choices are amazing. Last time I inquired about my favorite dish (that wasn’t part of buffet items),-the owner (who attends to every single customer) suggested “next time u plan to come-call us ahead of time and the Chef will prepare your favorite food as a part of the buffet!”. Since that point on -I’m personally accommodated. Loving it. Coming back next weekend for more of New Amber.
